Forex Live Account vs Demo Account
When many users begin to operate believe that the results of investing in a demo platform will be the same as when operating with real money.
This is almost never happens, because the user’s emotions impact significantly on the ability to make certain decisions when real money is at stake.
All beginner investor should use a demo account to understand better market dynamics and mechanics of the platform used.
In addition, using a demo account gives the possibility to implement certain strategies to check their validity and thus be sure of the tactic used at the time of entering a real account.
While one of the biggest advantages of a demo account is to test a strategy without risking real money, it is good the user to be there, as it already was mentioned above, the results to be obtained from a demo account usually are not usually the same as those obtained at the time of switching to a real account.
The main reason that many investors choose to start operating through a demo account is that it does not require real money and therefore there is no risk, because if the user runs out of money, they simply reload and once again begins its demo operations. This removes a lot of pressure from user.
Always remember that the results will differ when operating on a demo account and a real one.
Something to keep in mind is that when real money is at stake, the decision becomes much simpler and it is easier to follow the rules. The emotions of the investor will be greater when this is with their own money.
When trading with real money, the investor will be tempted to move they stop beyond what was determined at the beginning, carry out operations which do not meet all the prerequisites, exit a winning position prior to achieving the set level and carry out the same operations to try to recover past losses, among others. These are just a few mistakes that the user is tempted to make when operating in a real account.
