"Alright, alriiight, I'll let you handle it then!" Gaku says, throwing his hands up in surrender.

Although as he watches Takumi attempt to set everything up from over his shoulder, it seems clear that he doesn't exactly know what he's doing. The shorter male perks up at the call of his name, stifling a chuckle.

"Okay, let me see." Gaku mumbles, crouching down beside Takumi. "How the heck did you even manage this, man?" he questions, shaking his head as he moves quickly to untangle all of the wires.

Once everything was untangled, he gained focus as he started to set everything up. Quiet hums sound as he plugs everything in accordingly, his eyebrows knit in concentration. It's not like he was an expert at this but he's done it enough times to figure it out.

After a couple of minutes, he jumps back up on his feet, a proud smile tugging at his lips. "We should be all good to go now! Now we can get this party freakin' started!!"

Gaku's eyes widen upon opening his door to see an exhausted Takumi. His eyebrows knit in concern.

Hey, Takumi! What's up? You look tired as heck, man..

Gaku's ruby eyes widen when the truth is solidified based on the redhead's response. He'd been lied to!! It's not even like Takumi got a sign and took it down, no, he just wasn't given one at all!

"I got a stupid freakin' sign put on my door and I was told you were gonna get one too! But you didn't get anything!" Gaku huffs, crossing his arms over his chest. "I was freakin' lied to! I thought we were both gonna get stuck with dumb bitch prison signs or something."

After receiving a "dumb bitch prison," sign, Gaku decided to check for himself whether Takumi had gotten one too.. Upon arriving at Takumi's door though, there was no sign to be seen.. With a low agitated growl, he knocks on the redhead's door.

"Dude, where the hell is your stupid sign?! You didn't get one or something?? Urghhh, don't tell me I was the only one!" He starts to ramble the moment the door opens.

Takumi blinks at Gaku, completely confused.

"What the hell are you talking about?" He asks plainly, slightly annoyed by the sudden intrusion.

"Sweeet, man, you got all the stuff we needed!" Gaku exclaims once he catches sight of Takumi standing outside his door, arms full. "I was kinda worried about resources and stuff but looks like you had enough after all!"

After maneuvering everything in his arms, he's able to get his door open. The shorter man then moves to the side to let Takumi in, closing the door after he enters.

"I'm sure whatever games you got will be fun either way! I trust your taste, dude," he says as he puts down all the food and drinks. "Do you know how to set all that stuff up or do you need help?"

Gaku, despite acting like he doesn't want the dog there, bends down a little to pet them on the head.

A smile tugs at Gaku's lips when he hears Takumi's idea, and he nods his head without an ounce of hesitation.

That sounds great, dude! We can totally do that! Okay, here's the plan then- You go get us a gaming console and I'll handle food and drinks! Does that sound good to you? It'll cut preparation time in half and then we can just meet back here!

🐈 A cat has wandered into Gaku’s room. He is orange and as soon as he sees a human, he trots over and starts screaming for food while rubbing against Gaku’s legs.

Huh..? How did you even get in here?!

Gaku stares down at the cat with a shocked expression on his face. Recently it seems that he's become an animal magnet.. He leans down and holds out a finger to the cat.

Well I guess as long as you don't cause trouble.. And as long as you're not someone else's cat already...

I’ve noticed a lot of people point out you complain a lot, and you do, but I think they forget about your background when they say you complain too much. Being negative a lot isn’t good, but remembering you’re an orphan with twenty foster siblings makes your complaining a lot more understandable and forgivable. Yeah, I’m sure your foster parents help you a lot, you’re not a single dad to twenty kid siblings, but you’re also the oldest working 17 part time jobs while juggling school, patching clothes, and still helping to raise your siblings. Kids are great, but they’re exhausting and they don’t understand everything their caregivers give up for them. And they will be exhausting for about twenty years. Even if you’re not unhappy, I’m sure you’re just tired.

You're spot on with that.. Read me like an open freaking book, I gotta say- Whatever, people either try to understand or they don't. That's not really for me to decide. I wish more people tried to understand and care but whatever. I am freakin' tired though, yeah- Providing for my family and taking care of them is exhausting but it's what I gotta do, y'know? Even while being at the academy, I end up trying to freakin' take care of people.. I guess that's what being an older sibling does, huh?
