ik i've asked almost this exact same question here before im asking it Again a Second Time

Ok. gathering a few ideas here. i'm looking to make a terraria weapon cosplay prop for momocon this year (may 24) and im trying to pick one that is a good balance between being feasibly craftable between now and may 24 and recognizable as Terraria and Cool as Hell. my full cosplay skill level is low (if we're talking anything more advanced than just a closet cosplay and buying stuff from the thrift store) but if i put my mind to it, my prop making skill level is slightly higher

I'm personally leaning towards the terra blade but i wanna gather some community opinions if there's perhaps an option that fits my above criteria even better? tbf i think the terra blade fits nicely but i still want Opinions or Ideas

been a while since ive drawn something actually terraria related for once! wanted to redo my dryad design (again) to fit the more updated version of perraria’s story/my terraria headcanon lore (…which I’ll probably make a separate post about later… all the other main lore posts are like super outdated man)

I've been seeing a lot of buff Terraria Witch Doctor art and I thought it was a sign to draw him too. I didn't notice he was a lizard and that it wasn't bc of anthro mod that was installed. I love lizards, though I rarely draw them

Usually I wouldn't post here but this is where I have the most followers so rip, oh well. Updated Yharim design. Design thought process detailed below.

The first thing I wanted to do with Poly's original design was fix the helmet. I wanted it to look more draconic looking but still retain the iconic front piece, which sucks because in practice covering your eyes seems dumb but the armor is probably fitted with cameras for him to see anyway so whateverrrr The flat front piece had to go, it's impractical. Helmets are rounded or angled for a reason and it's to glance off blows to lessen the impact of force. A flat plate like the old design would just snap Yharim's neck if he gets punched in the face. Triangle (and Stip and Cei as well) was super helpful in helping me nail down a good design for the helmet. The clawed feet and hands also needed to change as well. I kept the claws on the armor because it's a relic of my recent design process and also it just looked cool, but it gives Yharim more range and grip. Finally, with Bird's help, I got to layering his armor to look more like scales. I added Auric boosters to the back and gave him a double belt reminiscent of Ganondorf's designs, though the belt itself is closer to Mega Man X8's Vile/Vava design. Which I mean makes sense because I grew up on Mega Man and 80% of my art style is a relic of that. Yharim also got chunky as well. All that armor probably has to weigh on him and I never liked the skinny twink Yharim that most people did and what Poly's design was. Making him look like he could Senator Armstrong shoulder tackle you into the next century was also what I wanted as well. We'll revisit the design when we start to work on the Aerie to see if it holds up, but for now, updating the old design was just something I wanted to do on a whim.

Removed content DEFINITELY counts especially old gen console stuff bc i love old gen console terraria (on the wiki, arch demon doesn't have a separate article from demon, but i'll still only count links that say arch demon)

I tried to do shimmer flare but i've yet to find one less than 6 links away. Best i have is:
