Old dude came in the shop and when I said "lemme know if you have any questions" he goes "what was the name of Alexander the Great's horse," thinking he was so funny. I told him Bucephalus, and he was so disappointed. Like his whole day was hanging on beating me at trivia. 🧍‍♂️i tried to convey A LOT in just a few words, i just hope they mean something to someone, but i basically played around with the words "I'll see you tomorrow". I say it a lot because majority of my social interactions are online (surprise surprise im a enormous introvert) and just knowing that my friends are around, online, doing stuff on discord, it makes me feel at ease.

Its the same on tumblr, honestly. People, mutuals or otherwise, are still people on the other side of the blog and just knowing that those people are posting, just existing in that space and posting about what they love, can help someone so anxious feel normal for a second, yknow?
