a close friend of mine has recently fled his abusive family and needs help staying off the streets! he is safe for now, but he still needs funds in order to buy essentials and to afford a motel room while he figures out what to do next. I know everyone is stretched thin right now because there are a lot of people who need help, but if you can afford even a dollar to send to my friend, or if you could simply reblog this post, that would help him out a lot!

I am This Close to just trying to crowdfund some new glasses for myself. These daily migraines are getting to be a little too much
#quacking#it sounds like my new job’s vision insurance may not be worth it#I’d just need like. $125-150 but that’s not really money I’ll have the disposable income for#and my job requires me to stare at a screen with no built-in hue adjustment so I’m blasted with blue light and my photosensitivity HATES it#it’s just. UGH I hate things costing so much money all the time :(#and idk if crowdfunding would even be successful. plus I think I’d feel bad bc there’s others out there who need it more than me even if#my need is totally valid yknow??#anyways. enough vent posting for now

Literally cannot express enough how much I miss people I’ve lost constant touch with and how badly I wished I could reconnect. But I have chronic fatigue so severe at this point that I literally can’t and it’s sooooo defeating
#quacking#not to vent on main but I lost 1/3 of my therapy time so I didn’t get to talk abt it there#I miss my friends a lot. so so very much#it’s one of the worst things abt my disability situation tbh. I can’t afford to not work and the little energy I have basically all goes#towards working. and by the time I’m done I barely have the energy to engage with my partner and like one other person#so it’s just. insurmountable. and I hate it. I hate living like this#I want my friends and support system back but so much of it has withered away and idk if I can repair it#anyways. done venting ty for reading if you did
