Cheese Shell Tacos for Taco Tuesday!
How To Video: Easy Crispy Cheese Shell Tacos - 4 Net Carbs each
Macros (1 Taco) • 4g Net Carbs • 23g Protein • 21g Fat • 296 Calories
Ingredients (6 Tacos): • 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend • 10oz sliced flank steak or similar • 1 tbsp olive oil • 6 tsp fresh cilantro lightly chopped • ¾ cup chopped white onion • ¾ cup guacamole [Recipe}(https://youtu.be/G3fqCdlDfio)
Directions 1. Spread ½ cup of shredded cheese in a 6" diameter circle in a pre-heated pan at low to medium-low heat 2. Cook the cheese until the bottom is crisp. Flip and crisp the opposite side. 3. Remove cheese from pan and drape over a spoon handle so it hardens into a taco shell shape. Repeat for 6 shells total 4. Cook sliced steak with olive oil and taco seasoning over medium-high heat until reaching desired doneness. 5. Add cooked steak, 2 tablespoons guacamole, 2 tablespoons chopped white onion and 1 teaspoon cilantro to taco shell 6. Eat and enjoy!
