Guys! I'm so sorry for being absent and not writing anything. I don't have much free time as much as I did before and I'm so very sorry since there are so much requests in my inbox I still need to write that's been in there for some months now.

Please forgive me. Ugh, at this point, I don't even know if I can continue this blog. But don't worry, I won't delete it. You can always talk to me if you want, just know new writing won't be in for a while.

Yes, I was still taking requests but I just realized how very full my inbox is. OMG, have so much to write! I’ve been busy with school and haven’t really gotten the time to just settle down to write a GOOD fanfic. I’m so sorry guys! But here’s your fanfic anon!

1. “I said I love you,” +8. “I know you’re lying,”

“I love you.”

Just those three words words were enough to stab a knife in her heart. She knew so well that it was a lie. But why did she wanted it to be real? How could he lie to her after what she had just witnessed?

“What did you say?” She asks for him to repeat his words. Maybe it was out of anger, to see if he would dare lie to her face. Or maybe it was because she wanted to hear those false words in hope that they were real. No matter what the reason was, she waited for him to repeat those words.

“I said I love you,” Shingen repeats without hesitation.

But all she could do was scoff. She was so angry but hurt at the same time. “I know you’re lying.”

“I’m not—”

“If you’re not lying, then why accept the marriage proposal?!” Her voice came out much louder than she had intended. But she didn’t cared if everyone could hear them. After all, she was already made a fool for being lied to when Shingen had accepted the marriage from a Nobel Lady of some sort.

“Was I not enough…?” The tears that had threatened to fly out now came swimming down her soft cheeks. Her voice was lowered, he could hear how heartbroken she was. The pain in her heart couldn’t even begin to describe how hurt she felt.

Finally, she couldn’t take it anymore and her legs gave out, causing her knees to fall.

“Do not touch me,” she flicks Shingen’s hand away when he tried to touch her. Although she was far too weak for the Tiger of Kai, Shingen knew he couldn’t do anything that wouldn’t please her.

“I know…I know far more than anyone else that I’m just an average common girl. But…” her voice cracks. “You didn’t needed to do that to put me back in my place. If you didn’t loved me, you could had said that instead of lying to make me feel better. I don’t need that. I don’t need your sympathy.”

The once Lady of the Tiger of Kai was now on the floor looking as a maid again. She couldn’t even look at him in the eye, she didn’t wanted to.

“Would it had been better if I was a Nobel Lady? Would that be easier for you? Would you love me if I was one of them? Is me being a common village girl a threat to your title?”

The questions pours out nonstop. She couldn’t stop the tears from flowing and neither could she stop wondering why. But if it was his wish, she knew even herself could not refuse him. Her job as a Lady was gone. She was back to being someone out of reach from the Tiger. Back from the bottom.

“Fine.” She stands up and bows one last time to her Lord without making eye contact. “Have it your way,”

Was the last thing she said before turning her back on Shingen and leaving his chamber, never to return there again.

26. “Five more minutes.”

She woke up to find her Lord the Tiger of Kai sleeping soundly right in front of her. They were so close she could count every eyebrows on his face. She giggled at the thought of being able to wake up every morning like this now that things had been settling. She was about to move when his arm had stopped her. Shingen was still asleep but his arm laid about her waist, strong even in sleep.

Judging by the sun, it was almost noon and she knew she had to help out in the kitchen. But just as she was about to leave the bed, the same strong arm that were once on her waist had grabbed hold of her and forced her back into the arms of Shingen.

“Lord Shingen?” She gasped, surprised he had been awake this whole time. “Are you awake?”

Instead of answering to her with words, Shingen groaned in reply. His sleepy voice sounded so cute, she couldn’t keep herself from giggling.

“And what are we laughing about?” Shingen asked with a sleepy tone.

“You are so handsome, Lord Shingen,” she smiled as she reached out to stroke his face that still had his eyes shut. This made Shingen giving out a faint chuckle. “But we should really get up, milord.”

“Five more minutes,” he huskily purred. “No. Make that ten.”

She knew they had to wake up soon but maybe her lord was right. Five or ten more minutes wouldn’t hurt. Besides, the strong arms that the Tiger had around her already told her he wasn’t going to take no for an answer. So she happily snuggled against his chest with Shingen happily accepting that as he wrapped his other arm around her. She couldn’t remember a time when they had a morning all to themselves and was thankful for this day.

“Lord Yukimura might come to wake us on his own,” she pointed out.

“Ignore him.”

“I don’t think he will allow that. Besides, you have duties to do, milord.”

“Shh, just enjoy this short time,” he purred once again as he pulled her in closer as a signal to stop talking about the busy times.

“I wish this moment could last forever,” she spoke as she breathed in the warmth scent of her Lord. “Every morning, I wish to wake up and have a time like this. Imagine being reborn and living in a world like that. A world where there’s nothing to worry about but to not be held in your arms. And a world where we won’t have to worry about how many more minutes it will take until we need to wake up. But does a world like that exist?”

“I will make it happen,” Shingen stated.

“You will?” She looked up to meet his eyes, searching for an answer to how.

“When I bring you Devine Rule, you won’t have to worry about a thing,” he promised. Then in less than a second, his lips comes to meet hers. It was quicker than other times but it still felt passionate and savoring to her. Their eyes meet again with nothing but love for each other. She knew a moment like this wouldn’t last much longer but oh how she wished it did.

10. “Lay a finger on her and you will find yourself laying in your grave in less than a second.” + 3. “Are you afraid of me?”

After finishing up his mission, Saizo came back just when the rain started pouring. His mood changed that very instant. Not wanting to remember any memories of the past, he decided it’d be best to tease around with his little lady. But the second he got to her chamber, there was no presence of her.

He didn’t needed to ask someone to wonder where she had gone because he had a feeling she was somewhere he knew she would be.

Saizo looks out the window and exhales a breath before disappearing out into the rain to find his little lady. Just a year ago, he would never even sit in a place where he could hear the rain, but now he was out there for the sake of his Lady. She had changed him so much. The past Saizo would never believe a heartless ninja like him could ever find love. He’d be in total shock if he saw the new Saizo.

Saizo chuckles silently to himself, the rain reminding him of his old self and how much the little lady had impacted his life. She was definitely extraordinary to be able to change such a ninja. He had built up stoned walls in which no one had dared to break apart, but she was different. She found parts in him he didn’t know existed and now he couldn’t imagine a life without her. All those cute reactions she had responded to, he didn’t know he would love such a thing. To some, it may be small, but to Saizo, that was something larger than the universe itself. But he could never tell the little lady.

And there she was, getting herself in trouble again, surrounded by bandits. Her face was filled with terror, the tears threatening to spill over from her eyes. But Saizo could never remember a time when he hadn’t saved her from these things. And for that, he was thankful enough to save her just in time.

Not wanting to see more of those tears because he wouldn’t be there for her in time, Saizo instantly jumped down as fast as a lightning bolt and twisted the arm of the man who tried to touch his Lady.

“You’re quite brave to be able to touch my little lady in front of my eyes.” His voice was chilling despite the smile on his face. Then the curve to his smile turns straight and a threatening glare deepens his red eyes. “Lay a finger on her, and you will find yourself in your grave in less than a second.”

The little lady knew Saizo would never forgive someone who dared to hurt her but seeing it in front of her scared her. He had a death glare as he fought. But what was more surprising to her was that he chose to come out in the rain just to find her.

After finishing up those men, Saizo turned to his lady and drags her away without so much of a word. They ended up in a shed, concealing themselves from the downpour. Finally, Saizo could take a good look at her.

She was trembling.

There was a drop in his heart.

“Are you afraid of me…?” He asks, hesitantly reaching out his hand to rest against her chin. He hadn’t meant to scare her. It was only because of the rage that leveled up inside him when he saw those men trying to touch his lady.

She finally stops trembling and snuggle against his palm. “Oh Saizo, I can never be afraid of you. If I am, then it would only be because I am afraid of death that may break us apart.” Her sudden declaration surprised him and a gentle smile appears on his face. “I’m cold, that’s all.”

A chuckle escapes his lips. He should had know she was only trembling because of the cold but his fear got the best of him. “Want me to warm you up little lady?” He offered. But a blush on the little lady’s cheeks told him she was thinking of something else. “I was talking about hugging up tight but it seems you’re thinking about something else. And what exactly are we suggesting?” He teases.

“N-nothing!” He couldn’t ignore how crimson her cheeks had gotten now and he silently laughs to himself.

“Then, want to try it your way?” He whispers seductively against her earlobe, knowing exactly how embarrassed she would feel.

“Hey! I never said…Mmn…!” But Saizo’s lips were to quick for her.

“We can’t leave until I grant your wishes now can we?” A smirk formed on his mouth and she knew exactly what that meant. She was so used to them by now but the idea of the process had still embarrassed her. But instead of backing away, she leans into Saizo’s lips, yielding to him. After all, she couldn’t deny the fact that that was her wish.

23. “No matter what, I can never come to bring myself to hate you.”

She woke up in the middle of the night, the feeling emptiness lying inside of her. Sure enough, when her eyes were able to adjust to the darkness around her, Hotaru wasn’t there beside her. The side he had laid when she fell asleep was cold, as if he was never there in the first place.

“Hotaru?” she calls out. Sure enough, there was no reply and her heart fills with worries. The little lady stands up frantically and walk out to the veranda, in search for her love. But all she could see was the bright moon shinning from above.

A heavy sigh escapes her lips. Knowing he was possibly out somewhere, she sits down, deciding to wait for him. But the urge to wanting to see him and make sure he was safe burned hard inside her.

Hotaru had always been protective of her but that didn’t mean she wasn’t protective of him either. Please, come back home soon. She begs under all that fear that welled up against the worries inside her.

Then a sudden tap on her shoulder makes her jump in fear. She was about to scream when a part of her hoped for it to be Hotaru. Sure enough, when she turned around, the ninja stood right in front of her eyes.

“Hotaru! You…! Where did you go? Are you hurt? Did you fight? Why didn’t you tell me that you were going to go off somewhere before I fell asleep? I was so scared, thinking you might have gotten hurt out there and couldn’t come back alone. Do you have any idea how much you worried me? I woke up finding you gone. And I’m not telling you that you can’t go, but you should tell me these things. You also need to rest too, you can’t always—”

Throughout her scoldings, Hotaru had written something and show her. “ ‘Do you hate me now?’ ”

She pause in the middle of her lecture after reading it and exhaled a breath of air. “No, I do not hate you, Hotaru. No matter what, I can never come to bring myself to hate you,” she look him in the eyes. “I was just scared,” she explained.

Seeing the flicker of sadness in her eyes, Hotaru brings his hands to caress her cheeks and kisses her. “Mn..! Ho…taru…” Despite the sudden kiss, she didn’t push him away, having the same desire that Hotaru had.

“You…Kisses don’t help,” she pouts as she looks down with a blush. Hotaru could see it very clearly and smirk, knowing exactly that the kiss had helped. He then pulls her into another kiss. But this time was much longer and more passionate.

“I…love…you, Hotaru…” she spoke in between kisses. How could she stay mad at him when he was acting so cute? The desire in his eyes showed just how possessive he was of her. But she didn’t minded, after all, it made her feel like the luckiest lady alive.

He slowly open his eyes from the blinding sun shimmering through the window. He looks down and found his Lady in his arms just as she was the light before. A smile plasters on his face, he was so glad to have her by his side. If he had never met her, who knew what he’d be doing at this exact moment. The old Masamune would be in shock if he knew the new him could love someone so dearly in the way he loved her.

Sure, he had Shigezane and Kojuro to love when he was growing up but this was a different type of love. When they had first met, he always had his walls up but she never backed down, breaking through each one of them. But he was afraid to love, fearing that she would leave him one day. But she hadn’t, she stood by his side even through the downs, letting him see the world in a different perspective than he had before.

Masamune plants a soft and gentle kiss on top of her eyelid, thanking her for staying by his side. In response, her eyes slowly pop open to see the view of what was in front of her and a smile curls up from her mouth.

“Good morning.”

“Mmn…morning…” she sleepily answer her Lord.

Noticing she was still tired from daze, he chuckles. “Want to sleep a little longer?”

She shakes her head to open her eyes again. “No, we need to get up, milord.”

But instead of getting up, Masamune pulls her closer to his chest, his arms tightly embracing her. “I don’t want to get up,” he shakes his head. “Let’s never leave the bed. The world may crumble in pieces but at least I’ll have you in my arms.”

She softly giggles in reply. “I know you don’t mean part of it. Lord Kojuro will give you a lecture. Not to mention Lord Shigezane will possibly disturb the peace we both want.”

Masamune sighs, knowing her words weren’t wrong. “You’re right. That Shigezane will die by my hands one day for annoying me.”

Her giggles turns into soft laughter and Masamune was falling in love all over again just by that. He knew no matter what would happen, he could never hate her. She changed him to be a better man and he could never be thankful enough. Masamune looks down to see his beautiful Lady and bends down to give her a passionate morning kiss.

I know. I remember my first time experiencing it and was so SCARED and confused at the same time, asking myself "what's happening?! Why can't I move?!" And now I can never sleep by myself again. I tried once but had a nightmare and woke up being scared if I was going to go through sleep paralysis again.

I'm so glad to be able to talk to someone who understands. None of my friends understands how scary it is cuz they've never gone through it or just don't try to understand how scary it is.

I saw when you answered another ask that you've had night terrors. I'm curious if you've ever had sleep paralysis (I've experienced a couple times in my life, it's the most terrifying thing I've ever been through 😨)

I am fortunate enough that i have never experienced sleep paralysis. I’ve heard from people who go through it that it is very frightening. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through that.

Just a month ago, it happened to me in school while we were taking an exam. I had finished way before anyone else and the sleep paralysis happened when I slept, bored of waiting for the other students to finish. I tried so hard to move, wanting someone to notice. I knew they thought I was asleep but I kept screaming inside my head and got so frightened. I told myself to just calm down and that it will pass soon but the process gets sooo scary and I want to move so badly.

When I could finally move, I was shaking in fear and started crying in the middle of the rest of the students taking the exam. *sigh* It's the worst. 💔💔

37. “You should know, if you come any closer, I’m never letting you go again.”

They had a fight again. But this fight wasn’t like any other fight, it was a fight that broke the ties the two of them held. She now returned home after packing her things and Masamune could still see the tears that swam down her soft cheeks. He felt so guilty for everything, blaming himself for her leave as he sat in his chamber silently. As much as he wanted to run after her and bring her back, a part of him had a feeling she wouldn’t want to see him.

Meanwhile in Kyoto, she forced out a smile as she fed her restaurant again. But her soul was filled with agony as her heart ached. She longed to be with Masamune again but because she had already left him, would he still want her?

“I have broken ties with Lord Masamune,” she had told her mother when she got back. Those words created a misery within her although she kept it all in. Her mother and Yahiko knew but they didn’t pressed as she wasn’t in the mood of explaining things.

It had already been two days since she had left him but the distance was tearing her heart. Every night she would cry of wanting to be with her Lord again but a part of her felt like it was all over. I’ll get over it, someday. She had tried to convince herself on those nights but even she knew that would take a very long time.

That afternoon, she was sweeping her restaurant after a busy morning when the thought of Masamune came back to her.

“Argh…!” An angry sigh escaped her mouth as she stop sweeping. She felt so irritated with herself. Why couldn’t she stop thinking about him? It was her choice to leave him and yet she was wanting to return to her Lord’s side. She could had just stayed in the castle and work things out but because she wasn’t thinking right, regrets filled her.

She then exhales another breath of air but this time more gentle. “I miss him…” she could finally say those words out loud. The tears brimmed against her eyes but she quickly blinked them away.

“Really? Because I miss you too.” That familiar deep voice was enough to let her know who it had belonged to. Her eyes widened, the tears threatening to fall out any second but she held them in. She slowly turns around, afraid it was a an imagination, her mind playing tricks on her. But the moment she saw him, she knew it was all too real, the tears finally brushing down against her cheeks and hanging from her chin, dripping down slowly.

“Lord…Masa…mune…” she softly spoke his name. Her legs hesitantly takes a step forward.

“You should know, if you come any closer, I’m never letting you go again.” Those words were enough to make her run into her Lord’s arms.

“I don’t care. Please, never let go of me,” she begged as her arms grips the back of Masamune tightly. Masamune embraces her with the same strength, maybe stronger because of his masculine body. They both slowly breath in the familiar scent of one another, savoring the moment of returning to each other’s arms once again.

She was standing alone in the small town waiting for her Lord when it happened. It had been a beautiful weather and Lord Nobunaga decided for them to enjoy their time with a walk around town. Just minutes after him leaving, two men strides up to her with the evil hunger in their eyes.

“Looks like someone needs some company,” one of them smirked.

“Get away from me. I’m completely fine on my own, besides, I’m waiting for someone.” She took a few steps backwards as they approached.

“Playing hard to get, huh? What a cute little thing we have here,” the other one spoke.

Glaring at them, she turned to run away when another one of them stood in front of her. “Where are you going?” He asks her. Instead of answering, she set her feet to run again but the guy grabbed her arm to stop her. Passerby turned their head towards them, knowing trouble was occurring.

“H–”

But before she could scream for help, the guy who held her arm covered his palm against her mouth. “Lets go somewhere else, shall we?” And with that, they drag her away.

MC slammed against a wall after they forced her away from eyes that could stop the men. “Stop this!” She begged but all they did in return was laugh.

“What should we do with her?”

“Let’s have some fun,” one of them said as he licks his upper lip. But all she saw was a crusty looking man licking his lips in attempt of being seductive.

“If you do that, my Lord will get VERY angry so I don’t think that’s a great idea,” she warned, having already imagined the face of Lord Nobunaga if he found out.

They laugh again, having no idea her words were all truths. But she didn’t stopped them, she knew her Lord will come to her as he always had in times of danger. Instead of saying any more, she lets them feel like they’ve won when in reality, Lord Nobunaga had just appeared behind the three.

“I don’t see this as a laughing matter. She’s damn right, you know.” The threat in his voice caused the men to freeze in place, the shivers running down their spines.

“Y-you—y-you’re, h-her—”

“Her lover? Yes, that’s right.” With those words, Lord Nobunaga swings his arm and punches the men hard in the face. Part of her felt sympathy towards the perverts but she knew they did her wrong so she just stayed back and let Nobunaga handle it.

After the men run off, Lord Nobunaga turns to her with a glare. “I leave you for one minute and you have yourself in danger again! Why didn’t you stay in place like I had asked you too?!”

“Well, I was dragged her so I had no choice.” Her voice was calm despite her Lord’s rage. She knew him too well to get worked up on him when he was acting this way. Nobunaga stops to think for a moment. He was confused by how calm she was despite just almost getting raped by three men. The face he had made told her exactly just what he was meaning to ask her. “I wasn’t afraid, milord, because I knew you were coming in aid. Every time something like this happens, you always come to my rescue so there is no need for me to always be in fear,” she spoke casually. “Thank you, for coming just as I had expected,” she smiled at him in thanks.

Nobunaga exhales a breath of air before bringing her into an embrace. There was no need for words for how relief he felt about her safety. If there had ever come a time where he doesn’t show up as expected from her, he would never forgive himself. But for now, he embraces her, savoring the moment, relief that she had grown into a brace women by his side.
