Fun GW Fact: Heero’s and Relena’s True Faces

I think it’s a rather well-known fact that Relena was designed after Audrey Hepburn; her Queen of the World dress was modeled after Princess Anne’s dress in the 1953 film Roman Holiday. Although at 15 she looked more like this, Hepburn’s looks at 24 suit Relena well:

But did you guys know that Heero’s character design was based on the popular 1990s Japanese idol Ms. Yuki Uchida (known for Hana Yori Dango, 1995)?

They even have the same smirk!

It’s so nice to finally match a real-life face to my favorite anime character. Now I understand what they meant when they wrote that Heero is often mistaken for a girl because of his pretty face… (see here) Yeah, I would totally dig this Heero:
