Coming back from the dead for a sec because I’ve played the new chapters of Deltarune and have and interesting theory that could be plausible?

So, we don’t exactly know what’s Ralsei’s light world form is (he implied to have one like Queen and Lancer in dialog) and it’s odd that he’s at EVERY dark world we’ve been in. There’s a lot of speculation that he’s the horned headband that Kris used to wear all the time (which explains the detail on Ralsei’s horns) which I also believe is plausible. But Kris doesn’t have the horns on them, so it’s safe to assume he’s something Kris has at all times to be able to be at every dark world

What does Kris carry around all the time?

Their Knife.

Ralsei, Prince of the Dark, could be the Knife that Kris uses to open the fountains. This explains why Ralsei is in every darkworld and also why they have such an importance to the fountains themselves. It also explains why he wants Kris to close their eyes sometimes and talk to them without us (the player) listening in. Because Ralsei KNOWS about us because they’re always with Kris and knows what’s up with them.

The knife could also be a present from Asriel and that’s why Ralsei looks so similar to them. And nobody would suspect the Knife to be our sweet fluffy boy Ralsei 🙂‍↕️
