NEW GAME PLUS
Indie Devine, a sophomore at a prestigious performing arts university, dies while fending off the zombie apocalypse. The next morning, she wakes up in her bed again, back at the beginning, haunted by vague flashbacks about the end of the world and a few weird video game analogies that she can't seem to shake. As she wrestles with the fact that she may or may not be a JRPG protagonist, she still has to prepare for the final battle. Hopefully this time, she can save her friends, her lovers, and her QPP without actually sacrificing herself in the process, but just in case, she's prepared to save scum like her life depends on it …because it might.
Updates twice a week!

Pantser! I don't even write outlines these days really I just dive into a zero draft with a dream and a prayer.
I write mostly fantasy! I enjoy writing about the fae, vampires, and royalty, so these themes are usually in my writing lol
Love me a good morally grey female protagonist. I love writing black girl protagonists as well!
I write both romance and found family pretty evenly. They both mean a lot to me!! Not all of my wips have romance, but the ones that don't always have some sort of family theme
Love doing in-depth worldbuilding. I don't love writing it down, which just means I spam my friends with info LOL

My wip masterlist is here! My current main project is Project Warm Hands, but I have the most content on Project Daycycle which you can get the details of here: intro.

Personally I hate AI because it uses slave labor, is killing the planet and is making people stupid, but that's just me. The soulless art aspect is just one little piece of my grander disdain.

This is going to be hard for a lot of people to hear but if you want to make your spaces safer for disabled people, then you need to stop assuming malice from every poorly worded post.
A lot of neurodivergencies and disabilities cause people to ramble, lose their train of thought very easily, go on tangents, have disordered thinking, etc. We can get words and names mixed up very easily, lose words entirely, struggle to put our thoughts into actual words that make sense to people, and lose track of conversations. Whether it's from ADHD, psychosis, brain fog, brain damage, or any other condition, thinking and verbalizing ourselves can be really fucking hard.
This isn't malicious. We aren't doing it on purpose to hurt or upset people, and we aren't ignorant about the topic just because we get mixed up. We deserve to have voices, even if we don't always make sense to other people.
#boost#as someone who struggles to articulate their thoughts ty#I hate the internet culture of assuming extremes if someone doesn't word something perfectly#and if a take is really that uncomfortable#blocking instead of harrassing is always the right call

Writing isn't just about putting words on a page - it's about creating new worlds, giving people a glimpse into your mind, and inviting them to live in your stories.

something to remember is that writing is hard. and I don't necessarily mean in terms of writers block or trying to solve plot holes etc (although that's part of it), but as in it's hard work. even when writing is going well, you're spending a lot of mental energy on it – on deciding which words to use and in what order, remembering how to spell those words, figuring out if character dialogue sounds good, remembering the things that happened around the bit you're currently writing + what you want to happen next, checking plot notes, remembering your established canon, holding different subplots in your head.... that's like having a whole bunch of programs running simultaneously on a computer, and even the best computer with high end specs can't run like that forever. so if you ever catch yourself thinking "man all I did was write/revise/edit. why am I so tired?" that is your answer. because your brain has been running multiple processes and it needs a break

Omg yes please! I always feel out of place in the romance community cause like, yes, I write love stories, but QPRs barely get any recogntion.
The romance novel community needs to embrace QPR stories as love stories. In this treatise, I will

I think polyamory should be used to make romance subplots even more convoluted, actually. Sure, it could theoretically solve a love triangle- but it could also make things infinitely more chaotic and that's way better.

"why do you write?" because it’s the only way to silence the characters pacing around my brain like victorian ghosts with unresolved issues that prevent them from moving on.
