      While talented in spells and light magic, Opal couldn’t hope to come up with a plan like this. She could grant wishes, but turn someone into a magical being themselves? She hadn’t even thought of trying such a thing, let alone reversing the act. This young man was indeed a magical boy, and he was just going to have to stay like that.

      “Giant monster thing, huh??” looks like fun was going to happen a lot sooner than she’d initially anticipated! However, she still laid back on his shoulder; relaxing even with the warning of possible danger, “I’m guessing it does that thing when something is close by? What kind of things do you fight, anyway??”

      It became evident that Opal was going to have quite a few questions for him. Though they’d have to wait; as it seemed like a fight was about to go down.

     "They're people—— at least, I've never fought one that didn't turn back into a person afterward," Riddick explains. He keeps looking around, keeping his eyes open for suspicious activity. The sound of a distant roar can be heard. As much as he hates it, he starts walking in the direction it came from. "I think there's a pattern. They turn into monsters because they're pissed off or upset about something. Sometimes it's a REAL problem an' sometimes it's stupid, like they can't find their stuffed animal or whatever."      After a few minutes of walking, around one of the city blocks there is a giant feral rabbit smashing store fronts. Riddick hides behind the side of a building so it won't see him yet. He holds up the glowing pink necklace pendant and shoots a glare at Opal.      "I'm gonna change. If you make ANY commentary, I will squish you."

ooc. hi this isn’t roleplay-related but i…. have a website where i post my art. it has a full version of the Lewis drawing in my mobile header if that entices you to check it out. i’m just trying to get my name out there y'know???

i’ll begin posting my webcomic in December 2018. @morganriddick, one of my side RP blogs, is the main character of said comic. it’s a comedy but also has serious parts and i’m hoping it will resonate with a wide audience. i’m still learning so it won’t be super professional-looking… it’s been a work in progress for about 5 years though so… i love it a lot and i’m really excited to finally share it online. ( it will be suitable for most ages, like 13+. )

anyway i would really appreciate your support! you don’t have to do anything special, i just thought i’d do a little self promo here. i also have an online store if anyone’s interested.

Right now he has to make sure that — since it just turned back into a regular old human — they won't transform again and go on another rampage.       Opal isn’t too surprised to see him pull out such a charm, but she is intrigued. It’s rather pretty overall, but definitely not something suited for a teenage boy like him. No wonder he was so averted to his powers and magic; it was totally girly.

     “Hehee… looks like someone’s been fuckin’ with ya, huh?” she snorts, giving him an all too knowing look. She had no idea who, but someone decided to have fun while bestowing him his ‘magic powers’, “But sorry honey, I’m not the type to interfere with someone else’s good plan. I’m powerful, but I couldn’t hope to make something like this. Best to just go along with it, I’d say.”

     "I was afraid you'd say something like that," he sighs. Does that mean someone made the pendant though? Who would do a stupid thing like that? Who would force it on HIM? He is not without enemies at school... Honestly, it could be anyone. He tucks the pendant back into his pocket.

     Right as he does, it emits a bright pink light and a ding! similar to the service bells on store counters. SERIOUSLY? He has homework!

     "Oh my fuckin' god. Keep an eye out for giant... monster things."

      “Pfft, of course I can tell. I’m a fairy, I’m MADE Of magic.” as she was drawn to it naturally, especially while in a world that was typically devoid of magic. Made it all the more obvious for her as to what the source was, “And don’t mind me sweetie! No one will even notice I’m there, I’m all too happy to just nap on your shoulder or desk while you’re studying. And with my skill, making it so no one else can see me is a piece of cake.”

      While some could argue her deadliest sin was lust, the same could be argued for sloth. Opal was far too lackadaisical for her own good. And latching to a poor highschool boy for entertainment made it all the worse, “Be sure to wake me when something good happens. I wanna see your cute lil self battle something! Show off your magical boy skills!!”

     Ugh... Looks like he has no choice. Not even his little sister is this annoying. Riddick sighs heavily while rolling his eyes. She just wants to see him fight. He can live with that ( maybe ). It's not the end of the world. As long as the fairy stays hidden, he can continue with his life.      "Fine. Look." He takes a circular pendant out of his pocket, which contains a smooth cotton-candy pink jewel embedded in gold. It's on a necklace string now but he still can't bring himself to wear it. He's still hoping it will DISAPPEAR from his life one day. "When this starts glowing, that means it's time to fight. Y'know what? You can HAVE that afterwards too. Maybe you can get rid of it since you're magic. I swear it has a mind of its own sometimes."
