A few words for each exercise
1. Prime lying legcurl:
Since we don't want to accumulate too much
fatigue at the beginning of the training and later
on the hip flexion, talk about overloading the
stretch, we're overloading the contraction here
That's why l've set the weight 50/50 on
midrange/contraction.
I'm skipping the first bit of movement because
it's very troublesome

First update in this month:
173cm - 119,4kg
Heaviest i have ever been and still in pretty solid condition.
5k calories on training days
4,5k calories on rest days
Another ~19 weeks of offseason push phase ahead until we gonna start prep.
I‘m really enjoying the process day by day and having very productive sessions with my training partner @nicolaslamparth rn.
More work to do to be absolutely undeniable in septembre 🛠
