With this concept in mind DOLABORATE GmbH was founded. We help clients from different industries such as automotive, education, consulting and software development. Most of our projects can be characterized by one or more of the following services:

1. Co-Innovation Kick-Start & Project Management

We help organizations to get co-innovation projects on the street and keep them running. With our yearlong expertise in strategic innovation and design consulting as well as futures research we facilitate your innovation process from early short ideation sessions to long-term iterative product development. 

While inventing things is a lot of fun the hard work that comes afterwards is usually not. At DOLABORATE we help to keep the creative spirit up and to get things done over longer periods of time. 

Co-Innovation always means to involve different stakeholders. We facilitate your participative creative sessions with the future users of your product. We help you to foster the collaboration within your organization across the traditional borders of teams, departments and even companies.

2. Training & Education

We train your staff in creative approaches such as design thinking, service design or scenario thinking. This training can be done in groups or in individual coaching sessions. In case you have already established a coaching network in your company, we go along with your employees and coach them while they are doing their work. Individual feedback sessions and dedicated exercises will help them to establish the creative confidence to really drive the change towards a culture of innovation in your organization. 

3. Facilitation & Moderation

We facilitate innovation events. From our network of coaches and consultants we can offer you everything from inspiring speakers to experienced facilitators. With our dolaboration methods and tools we can help in short creative sessions as well as major company events.
