Pumpkin Knight

Happy hallowe-

Wait-

Wait what time is it?

It‘s November already?!

Well, while this beautiful pumpkin lad was actualy started on the 30th of october and took just forever to finish. But I am proud of the end result. And thats what matters!

The silent shape pointed at me.

I was petrified by his sheer power and prescence. He could rip my guts out ifhe just so pleased. He could squish me like a bug. He was strong. Simple.

Fascinating.

There were no emotions in his world. No light or dark. No good or evil.

Just power.

Day 06 - Rodent

His weapon vanished, as he recognized the figure. There was no fighting him, the ghost of the sand and the lord of the rats.

Day 05 - Blade

The dagger formed in his right hand as he turned around, facing the intruder.

Day 04 - Radio

Just when he had almost arrived at home, he heard the alarm go off.

Day 03 - Bulky

He had not seen another survivor for 2 years. Still he keeps lighting the lamp.

Day 02 - Wisp

Before entering his lonely home, he lit the signal lamp, as every evening.

Day 01 - Fish

He returned late from the hunt.

Since I have been posting my inktober artworks over on my instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/morph.age/) I was thinking that I might as well do it here too. October always is a weird time between productivity and complete inactivity and I thought I might use this short time of motivation for something good!

Angel

This is part of a collaboration I did with a fellow artist over on Instagram. Together, we chose the prompt „angel“ and each of us created a seperate piece on how we imagine this kind of otherwordly creature.

Was kind of fun. Will post some steps of my design process later this week.

Been thinking a lot about this character in the last time. I made him up for inktober last year, but I feel like I could do more with him.

Lighting Study

Today I present to you study, what will it be tomorrow?

Really just felt like winding down with this one and not think too much while drawing. I like the way it turned out tho. Guess lady luck is on the artist´s side every now and then.

I really love how you can feel the moment of indecision in this piece. Expressing something so abstract can be rather difficult but I think it worked out very well here!

Eye Contact

Sometimes weird inspirations just hit me. This was one of them, the random image of two female bodies intertwined in each other and their eyes connected by a beam of light.

Inspiration really is a strange thing. It never seems to be there when you need it. And sometimes you are just in the grocery shopping and it is like boom, there you go, new idea you are welcome.

Dreaming Deity

My first time posting here on tumblr and I thought it would be most fitting to start with my profile picture. I only recently got into drawing digitally again, but for that fact, creating this went surprisingly well. 

Might do some more of it.

Did you ever had that moment as well? Where a project goes much better than it should have?
