I don't know exactly when that is but I think it's sometimes in the '70s and shit. Maybe they'll smoke a bowl or something, that'd be cool.

I think it’s all some kind of time traveling thing or something. It really gets all confusing when the newer movies were supposed to be before the older ones, and then I really don’t know where this one goes. I heard people say it was good at least.

Well, before my fallback plan was football. Now I kind of fucked that one up so maybe go out to LA and see if I’ve really got what it takes to make it as a rock star, but I can always fall back on the army. My Ma’s always threatening to send me away to straighten me out anyways.

Don't get me wrong, I want to see the awesome fight sequences and shit too. I just don't get the timeline and shit since Wolverine looks older hear than he does in the movies that are supposed to be like years later.

Also apparently they cast Channing Potato in the next movie and that dude looks at least forty and gambit was all young and badass in the other movies.

You've got a good point, Little Rose. If we didn't have the amazing armed forces in this country to protect us we wouldn't be able to celebrate by sitting on blankets in parks or having kick ass parades.

I know a lot of people may forget that this weekend isn’t just about picnics in the park or parades downtown, but here’s just a little reminder - remember to thank any of the veterans or servicemen in your life for their service to this country. It’s because of them that our freedom here is protected!

Do you ever think about your dad?

No. It’s kind of impossible not to, especially since every time my Ma’s disappointed with me, she compares me to him. I know from pictures we look a lot alike too. I don’t want to be like him though, that’s probably my biggest fear.

What is the hardest part about being a ranger?

Lying to the people you care about. Lying to Quinn was the hardest, it’s easier now that she knows the truth about all of us, but Sarah’s a smart, curious kid and it’s not like she doesn’t notice that I take off all the time. It’s harder to hide from her now that I’m not on the football team too. And Marley. I’m not sure how much she knows but I’m sure Q’s keeping her in check for her own safety.

What is your favorite memory with Sarah?

Once when I was twelve and she was like five, we went walking through the neighborhood because I’d just gotten my school Progress Report and my Ma was on a bender and going off about how I was just like my dad and all this shit. So Sarah picked these two little purple clover flowers or something and she was bitching and bitching about how they weren’t the same and one was too light and kinda limpy. So I got down on my knees in front of her and told her the flower might not be the same as the other clover and it might even be uglier on the outside but it was still beautiful because it was different. And she just looked up at me and smiled, nodded her messy little head of hair. I’ve had a lot of great moments with little sis, but that one sticks out.

Being back in Reefside is definitely different, to say the least.

I got so used to being alone on my mission to find the Zords that I forgot what it's like to be part of a real family team. It's been fucking awesome seeing everyone again. I'm worried about Sam though, I know he said his dad's sick too but my gut just tells me that it's somehow related to his being a Ranger. Given our track record with sucky birthdays and how sad Rachel's been since I got back, I hope it's different though. I know San is suspicious of Command though, and I trust her intuition more than my own. It looks like we'll have a lot of detective work on our hands in the weeks to come, so it's good Quinn knows about us now.

Quinn. I'm so glad she knows now. I wanted to tell her for so long but I thought I was keeping her safe and then she d-died...I'm glad there are no more secrets between us. I'm not used to being honest with people but for her I'll definitely give it a shot. I really missed everyone, not that I'm good with the feelings talk and shit but I thought about her the most. I know I fucked up before and she probably doesn't want anything to do with me but part of me hopes she's stupid enough to give me another shot.
