i hope you see someone deep fry a waffle sandwich that's wrapped in bacon, covered with chocolate, and then has brocoli put on top of the finished result in your youtube shorts feed

Now, your favorite sauce?
Definitely a good buffalo sauce, kranch, or a mayo/ketchup sauce

What is your favorite tomato dish? (And hot to make it?)
Favorite tomato dish....
Sauce Pequante if we're just talking lots of tomatoes
If we're talking tomato forward, a tomato mayonnaise sandwich, a southern classic
Sauce Pequante is already in this blog, and a tomato mayonnaise sandwich is just bread, tomato slices (big thick ones), and mayo

Shintzel (left)
Recipe:
Alterations: usesd a few teaspoons of Cajun seasoning and butter garlic seasoning, and put both a tablespoon of water and oil (best is avocado or olive) in the eggs, allowing for better breading, as for the cutlets, used pork and prepared them an hour ahead of time, then let them rest in the fridge with lemon juice to further tenderize with the acid
Latkes (Right)
Recipe:
Alterations: same seasonings as the Shintzel, and also added 1/4th cup of frosted flakes or additional texture
Making Latkes AND Shintzel
