GANGURO SET

YO! This set is FINALLY done. I have worked so hard and spent so much time on this and in the end I am infinitely proud of myself. I present to you my much beloved GANGURO SET!

I was mainly focused on the customization possibilities when creating this set. I guess you can think of it as a Ganguro (Gyaru) starter pack! I plan on creating a lot more cc based around the Ganguro style in the future so look forward to that!

This set has 19 items in total

Poses override commitment issues trait in CAS

All of the makeup is slider compatible

All textures are HQ compatible

All meshes are pretty low poly

And have all LODs, shadow maps, normals and speculars

*In order for the boots to work you need a foot slider (ex. Redheadsims), otherwise they will clip into the floor.

I wanted to toss these out here as somewhat of a follow-up to my rivka hair, as that’s another piece based on the fantastic straight bob from Snowy Escape. I hand-painted the mask for the roots/ombre overlays so they would have the same natural “grown out” look as the original ea ombre swatches :)

as with my other ombres, these are BGC and located in the left brow ring category

comes in the modified maxis palette

should work with most any hairs that use the texture from the SE bob

open tou applies: recolors, and porting to different categories are welcome, just don’t claim as your own

Itch.io has announced a huge bundle of games that will benefit the people of Ukraine by funding humanitarian efforts. Millions of Ukrainians have had to flee their homes and many of them are in need of food, water, and medical care.

For a minimum donation of $10 you will receive hundreds of games valued at over $6,000

Over 700 creators have joined in support to donate their work. All proceeds from this bundle will be split between the following charities:

International Medical Corps provides medical assistance in the region. They have very low fundraising overhead (1% of income), with 89% of donations going to medical aid and 10% to administration.

Voices of Children, a Ukrainian organization that helps children cope with the horrors of war, PTSD, readjusting to school, and getting back to being kids. They have also been doing a lot of grassroots impromptu work during the war, such as helping set up shelters. Our hope is that this war will be over soon, and they can begin the work of healing these kids’ hearts.

📱 I wasn’t really happy with the default “blocky” phone, I’ve already made a very MaxisMatchy version and here I tried something in-between: a bit MaxisMatch, and a bit more realistic.

This set was inspired by mermay and I knew from the start it was going to be late simply because of the number of items that went into it… but at least it’s still summer! :D

The shell jewelry leans towards high poly counts for accessories, with the long earrings being 4464 for close distance. The rest of them are in the 1.3~2.6k range.

This is the color palette for this set, I haven’t used all colors for each item though. Plus 2x50 gradients - White & Black pearls versions available where applicable.
