So, i been looking at your art recently and i just wanna know, is my art good or back? I try my best but to me, it's looks rusty compared to some of my old drawings....

I don't think your art is bad at all. You have a pretty good grasp of the style and how to apply color, actually! What I think is going on here (just based on these two pictures) is that you might be struggling with making your own lineart from scratch, and it's giving you the false impression that you've gotten worse. In reality, you've just graduated from tracing, which is awesome (even if it is disheartening right now)! If you're worried about your lines not looking as good as official art, you could keep a picture of Gingerbrave (or whatever cookie has the most similar body type/neck style to the cookie you want to design) on the same canvas as whatever you're making so you reference where things go and how the characters are typically posed. Oh, and don't forget to flip your canvas horizontally sometimes so you can see how it feels when it's facing the other way. If it looks weird when it's flipped, fixing it even a little will make the unflipped version look a lot better.

I've never done such a heavy-duty Cookie Run edit, so I hope it's good! Can you give me some tips to improve it?

Niiice. I really like how you incorporated the punk accessories with aspects of Affogato's usual clothes. If I were to give some advice, I'd take a picture of Affogato (standing straight up so there's no confusion with translating diagonal height) and line it up so the bottom of his robe and his chin line up with the shoes and chin on your drawing. Then you can do some spot the difference with proportions, like how big his eyes should be or how long his body is. Your use of colors is pretty spot on with good contrast, but making the outlines thicker on the outside of the design would really make it pop!

What lineweight do you use? Also do you use ibispaint? If so, what brush? Tysm!

I use a lineweight of about 7-8 for outlines and large details, and a lineweight of 5-6 for smaller/inner details! My favorite drawing program used to be photoshop 2017, but nowadays I work using clip studio paint! I just use the default 'Turnip Pen' with the minimum brush size set to 25% so even if my hand slips a little I don't end up with weird line sizes. I hope this helps you, even if we're not using the same program!

Also also, this is the only way to do it that gets you the right color. The same point on a different part of a color wheel has a different natural 'depth' to it, and the closer you get to orange or yellow away from the character's original color, the lighter you'll be making them by using the wrong method. This happens the worst with characters that have blue and purple tints since most people's eyes aren't super sensitive to shades of blue (they're attuned more to red and green actually), which makes them appear darker than the same tint of orange or yellow.
