please please remind your followers that just because they read a post on the internet about a disorder and relate to some of the symptoms, doesn't mean they have it. self diagnosing is unhealthy!

I have self diagnosed everything I have so I disagree. I do think it is wise to talk to a doctor if necessary, but you know yourself better than anyone.
