So many years of school yet no one has taught us how to live in the moment. No wonder we are so depressed. We are always thinking about the future and past we have no control over . We live there and not in the present.

If money was not an issue . Think about how you would spend your time . How you would really enjoy living your life. Try to do more of that . Maybe you'll get paid for it if you are really good at time.

Learn to be present in the present because it's all that it. We spend so much time thinking about the future and the past . We Think about the future so much that even when we get to it. We don't realize that we are in it and continue to think about another future. I'm starting to wonder what's the point really. We are failing to really live in the moment and be present.
