Have you considered writing more stories but in the first person? The way you write your stories is really cool, especially because you also include middle-aged men, it would be interesting to also write your stories in the first person from the perspective of the pregnant man or it would also be interesting from the perspective of another person like the son of the pregnant man, I love it when men have to face fatherhood again after a long time and their children also have to deal with that, it would be cool to know what goes on in the mind of a son in that situation :)
First of all, thanks. I'm glad you like my stories. About writing in first person: I love it because, as you mention, it allows me to go deeper into the thoughts and feelings of the pregnant person beyond the acts in the story. If you check the original version of "Father's Day" and a few other stories, they're all written in first person POV (most of it, at least). However, I changed to writing everything in the third person POV because someone told me it's more common for narrative.
And about middle-aged men, that's one of my weaknesses! I love it when an older guy who already has kids gets shockingly pregnant (Just like "Father's Day" and "Fate"). Actually, I have a series on Patreon (an "Additional Tier exclusive), where the MC of each scenario is a middle-aged man who already has kids, struggling with their daily work due to their growing bellies, unaware that they're pregnant. The series is titled "Heavy." It has two scenarios so far and more on the way. I recommend you to join and check it out.
