Rococo Boudoir - Part I

The dressing table was an important piece of furniture in the life of a fine rococo lady. Now you can recreate a mid 18th century boudoir in your game!

This set includes 20 new Objects:

The 6 pieces of Louis XV furniture are accompanied by decorative items in the style of 18th century Sevres porcelain. I also remade the Louis XV Candlestick I made a while ago, because it was missing LOD's. Please replace the old files by the new ones.

All items are base game compatible! :)

MEDICI LIONS

I have created two new meshes, the medici lions from the Throne Room at the Royal Palace in Madrid. 

The Medici lions are a pair of marble sculptures of lions, one of which is Roman, dating to the 2nd century AD, and the other a 16th-century pendant; both were by 1598 placed at the Villa Medici, Rome. Since 1789 they have been displayed at the Loggia dei Lanzi in Florence. The sculptures depict standing male lions with a sphere or ball under one paw, looking to the side. They were copied by Matteo Bonucelli commisioned by Velázquez and installed since then in several location. 4 at the throne room, and 8 at the Prado Museum.

BERGL ROOMS - SCHÖNBRUNN SCHLOSS - PART 2

I was asked by @themarblemortal to turn the set I created yesterday into complete murals, it took a bit as I had to look for better images and use a lot of photoshop to create it, but here it is!

It is a set of 6 different murals and several individual walls in order to allow you full interaction for your rooms.

ROYAL TOILET

I’m finally happy with how the toilet works in the game (still some weird shadows with some lights, but I don’t know how to do it better). So I’m sharing it with all of you with some new walls to work with one of the recolors, although it’s perfect for some other rooms. 

As far as I have tried, it’s totally functional, but I don’t usually “live” just build, so in case you find something weird, just let me know.

The Caserta Vanity I show you before will have to wait, as I want to do other objects to match that room.

SALA DEL MAPPAMONDO - Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola

Today, I bring you a new wallpaper for your palazzo!! This time is the Hall of maps from the Villa Farnese o Villa Caprarola,  a 16th century Renaissance and Mannerist fortified villa designed by Giacomo Barozzi da Vignola and built 1559-73 for the Farnese family under Cardinal Alessandro Farnese.

It shows maps for the four known continents in the 16th century as well as a world map. Over the doors, portraits of Columbus and Americo Vespucci. To complete the set I have added some extra walls to allow the creation of a bigger room. The different panels have been separated by colors in the swatches so it’s easy for you to find them. The doors are made to go with @felixandresims Florence doors.

TAPESTRY RECOLOR

I bring you today 24 swatches for @thejim07 Salon d’Apollon Painting’s Set  Trophies of arms (here). I hace separeted the swatches in two, one for the heraldic tapestries and one for those with figures, either mythological, religious or profane scenes so it can be easier to find in game.

Also I want to show you that my baroque set is getting bigger. I have started creating new meshes for it, and I hope to share it this month.

Empress Bedroom in the Grand Trianon Set

Here it is !

I haven't done all I wanted (walls, balustrade, pilars will be for the future maybe).

But for now I share with you many things needed to make your Empress Bedroom :)

You will find :

"Le Salon du déjeun" set

Originally, this set began with the creation of chairs, armchairs, sofas, and a fireplace screen inspired by the Salon du Déjeuner of the Palace of Compiègne. I added a console, a round table, and three decorative objects inspired by the Manufacture of Sèvres: a clock and two vases.

Napoleon Bedroom in the Grand Trianon Set

Hi !

Here is a new set of CC inspired by Napoleon's chamber at the Grand Trianon. The bed frame and canopy are quite faithful to the original furniture. However, for the rest, especially the seating furniture, I simply applied the fabric to my latest Empire-style seating set. I have added several variations in color palettes characteristic of the Empire style. I also included a pair of candelabras, a clock, and two vases.

THEROYALSIMS Family Pose Pack V3

Hello! I hope everyone’s having a wonderful weekend.

Here’s another recently-completed-project-that’s-been-previously-stuck-in-my-WIP-folder pose pack.

If I remember correctly, it was inspired by a certain Monegasque royal family portrait.

This pose pack features 2 adult poses, 2 kids poses, and 1 toddler pose and works best with that fancy base game armchair, but I imagine it works with most armchairs, too.

The pose pack comes with a custom logo and individual icons for the poses for easier identification in-game.

This has been tested in my game (see actual in-game screenshot below), but if you come across any issues, please let me know. My inbox is open, just send me an ask.

💫 halo, a default skin by magicbats

after waaaay too long i finally made a new default skin. hopefully you guys like it as much as i do :^)

halo is a simple & matte skinblend, using luumia’s vanilla and heihu’s xigua as a base. it was primarily designed to be used as a blank slate for skin details, but it works just fine on its own, too.

guys... i love the 1830s. i would kill to wear the 1836 dress :( so the sim modeling this decade is based loosely off of how i look! i am flying through these decades lol sorry

anyway. 1830s! you see the puffy sleeves in this era that you also associate with the 1890s, but they're much more romantic and soft in this area. as the decade goes on, the hemline falls again, and you see the skirt start to widen exponentially.

1834 deviates in this series, but that's just because i wanted to use it to honor anne lister, a.k.a 'gentleman jack', who is known often as the "first modern lesbian".
