really good (if you like gochujang) and pretty easy noodle recipe i just found and made:

for 2 servings

- make spaghetti or some other noodle, save a little pasta water

Afterwards in the same pot or in another pot:

- melt 2 tbsp butter

- add like 6 cloves of minced garlic + chopped up white part of green onion, cook until it smells really good like 1 minute

- add 2 tbsp gochujang 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp honey, mix until combined

- add spaghetti back in and stir around

- add splashes of pasta water if you need to make it stick to the noodles more

- add green onions on top

- eat
