so everyone calls Nathaniel Nat….. When it was just Nat and Andrew at the bar, Andrew was serving a customer. That day Wymack had said that Nat should do all the ordering. Andrew turned round: -Nathaniel, 0.4 cappuccino with hazelnut.

Nathaniel was surprised to be called by his full name, it seemed everyone had decided to just call him Nat, either way you have to order.

- "Okay let's go: two shots of coffee, half a pitcher of milk and syrup. Coffee's already brewed, the hardest and most confusing thing left is 'whip the milk', seemingly nothing complicated just make a froth and heat the fucking milk and then mix to make it glossy."

Nat had watched videos on how to do this a few times before and yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa totally forgot about it, his mind was blank, mindlessly stuck it in the damned machine into the milk and switched it on. Of course the action was wrong, so Andrew walked over to Nat and put his hands on his (the pitcher) to somehow save the day. The milk was bubbling and already getting hot.

-Take your hand off. -Nat obeyed. The machine has switched off. You can mix the ingredients together.
