How to treat your favourite Pussy and please your Beloved - by him

This is for you fellow gents out there. Little education goes a long way. ie. a quick guide on how to touch your woman. It was her idea, that I should write this, so lets start.

Start by keeping you hands clean, fingernails short and wash your teeth - it might be a good idea to take shower too. Bad smells seem to turn women off ;). Do not just dive in. Go slowly. This actually might start in the morning, or previous day. Women don’t go from 0-60 in two second, like we men seem to go.. We are like: “Sex… Yes please”. The best practice is to build it up several hours, days… well, in general, don’t be a dick and listen to her etc. etc.

The actual love making and “pussy massage” might go something like this. Make out with her, kiss her neck, and nibble on her ears. Caress her butt, hips, and thighs. You want to have her well aroused before the actual pussy contact.

The labia are the two lips that are covered in pubic hair unless shaven. This is the main area you’ll be teasing through her clothes. Put some lubricant over her labia. With your hand on her pussy, slide your fingers over her pubic bone, so some circles with your fingertips. Using your thumbs or index fingers, stroke up and down outer labia, softly squeezing her lips together. Make circles with your fingertips on the same path, then gently squeeze her lips together. Stroke with one finger, from the top of her labia, down between the outer and inner lips, a few strokes on both sides. The legs of the clitoral nerves run here. Take your time and be gentle.

Then put two fingers on either side of the hood of her clit, stroke up and down, one up, one down, gently squeeze her clit between your fingers.
