In November I am going to testify in Las Vegas for one of my former appellate clients on death row who I think is innocent. So I thought this article was apropos. Death row inmate Rodricus Crawford was exonerated due to actual innocence, race discrimination, and prosecutorial excess. He is the 158 person exonerated from death row in the United States since 1973.
