i don't think i realized how exhausting weddings are, even with my mother in law taking over a majority of the planning and set up. can't wait to get back to the hotel after and take the longest nap. what's your plans for after this ends? heading back home or are you extending your stay in spain? / @famelocke

you're actually the first person to say they don't get homesick. seems to be a universal feeling when away but i can understand how it could be different for other people. bet having your dog with you helps lots. care to tell me about him? because i would love to hear allll about the furry dude. i'm doing alright, yeah. it gets easier with time but that's not going to stop me from whining about it.

I can't really say what works for me would work for everyone, because I actually love being away from home, whether it's for work or just pleasure. I don't really get that homesick feeling like some people do, you know? Of course I miss my mum, my sister, niece and nephew but I won't stress over it. I have my dog with me, who's like me son so I take "home" with me 'cause he's all I need. You managing okay out there?

nah, i don't mind listening. if it makes you feel any better then they're probably too young to even remember the time you've spent away. doesn't make you a bad mom but i can see why those thoughts would slip in. are they able to visit you on set at all? hm, i've learned that facetime calls and being able to not take your work home at night really helps. they're kind of shitty pointers but you've got this.

I am in the midst of that myself right now. I am spending a lot of time on set, but I am missing my wife and little ones like crazy. Both are really little, so I feel like the time is so important and then I get these thoughts like am I a bad mom for being away? Sorry, didn't mean to dump that all on you. It can definitely be a balance trying to navigate working away from home so much, but still being present. I am still trying to figure out how to do it, so if you have any pointers I would gladly take them.

Just now getting back to work? You got a lengthy hiatus, and I absolutely love that for you. Being homesick is the absolute worst, especially when you're homesick for a person more than a place. I've been missing Cyn like mad, even though I just saw her not too long ago. I guess what I mean by this is that I don't have a ton of tips, except those FaceTime dates can be your saving grace when it gets hard out there. Sending you love 'til you get to make it back home!

i'll make sure to keep you updated on if things change. tiktok is both the best and worst app. best because it keeps me updated on things, worst because i'm addicted to doom scrolling on it. bloody mary is a good one. did that dance that people pair with it come from you or wednesday? also, while we're chatting - congrats on the arrival of your babies! how are you feeling?

Oh, darling, I'm sorry! Let me know if that changes and there are any date/s you can make and I'll have you there in a heartbeat. Thank God for TikTok, though, right? Ooh, good question! Honestly, bringing back Bloody Mary has been pretty special and it's all thanks to social media. I LOVE Florence, obviously, working with here was one of my greatest life's gifts. She puts on a hell of a show. Good taste!

you're really good at pep talks, you know that? if the whole singing thing ever fails then you might just have a career there. it's nice being able to travel and see so many places for work but it's easy for the loneliness to creep in. i never thought of bringing a pillow before but that's a really good idea. might just have to start bringing one along with me the next time i travel. where have you been lately? swear everytime a paparazzi photo of you comes up, you're somewhere new.

It's a constant juggle when it comes to this kind of thing, and I'm not sure it ever gets easier. You just have to take it one day at a time and when you're feeling low, realise it's okay for you to feel that way, you're not as alone as you think you are. Everyone struggles with the absence of being away form home. Recently I've been doing a lot of travelling, and I've loved every moment but there have been times I've missed the comfort and familiarity of my own place. I find it helps if you're able to stay in contact with people that bring you comfort and when it doubt, always travel with the pillow from your bed. That's always worked for me.

it really is! i can't wait to be on it, seriously. oh, wow - you and aron have been through it all. talk about castmates for life as well. i am, yes. no? shall i sent over some set pictures? maybe one day i can take you out here with some friends?

oh babe, you can't put this all on me. i feel like every time i refresh twitter, there's a new tour or festival announcement from you. you're been working hard and while i hate the distance, i've never been so proud. have you heard from your mom lately? she's been blowing up my phone with wedding stuff. looks like it's all coming together pretty nicely.

while my sleep schedule is absolutely fucked now, but i have no regrets flying over to spend a few days with you. this long-distance thing is killing me but i'm also mad proud of you. the way you keep booking hollywood roles, it's going to be 2026 until i get any real time with you, rip. at least i'm getting to put a ring on it next month, so there's that. love this for me. / @mrfernandez

I'm glad you're back working and enjoying it. Always happy to see beautiful places and meet new people. I'll be glad when I get back to work. I usually facetime my family, watch tv and read.
