the first bite is the craving bite- u feel happy and enjoy it

the second bite is the „the taste last longer“ bite- now u taste the whole flavor

the third bite is the „ok thanks, i had enough“ - now u stop eating it

sometimes it helps w really bad cravings to eat 3 bites instead of the whole pack
