I am here after a long time.

And I apologise because it is only for whining. Please unfollow me if you don't want to listen to it.

I didn't know where I can post something like this. I cannot talk to anyone about this.

Lately I am feeling mentally ill. I am getting episodes of anxiety and maybe depression. I am not sure because I have not consulted anyone.

I am feeling unworthy. Skeptical. And there is no reason to feel so. I have almost everything in life. But i still feel empty. I cannot meet people. I feel drained being in presence of people.

I am getting imposter syndrome. I have a constant fear that people will find out that i am not what I say. I feel surprise when someone praise me.

Smallest things can trigger me. And I am afraid of anything good. I feel i don't deserve it.
