Phoenix Is a character that appears in the G3 animated series. Here Is my re- desing of her in G1 style.

Official description: Phoenix is a friendly pop star. When she was younger, she tried to be the monster others expected her to be. But it wasn’t the real her, and trying to be someone else made her miserable. So, using her phoenix powers, she regenerated into a new form that is true to the real her. Since then, Phoenix has encouraged others to be true to themselves and “weave their own webs”.
