The roaring twenties have come and gone, in their wake a broken economy and a struggling film industry thats under new tighter restrictions. Even hollywood's finest are feeling the sting, including one Patricia Dahl who's been left high and dry in this film role drought. Her last hope is a shady audition at an old mansion in the middle of nowhere. Soon enough however, she realizes her mistake as she brushes with death and the necromantic. Will she be able to escape the mansion of the mad director? Or will she join the ranks of spectral starlets that roam the manor's grounds?
