Hello everyone!

This is my first official post in tumblr and what better way to start than by uploading a save file I created to replace the empty world of Newcrest.

Every lot is occupied by a house and sim family or couple (except for one where I put the Spa) but if you would like to move in your own sims into a lot that´s completely fine, you can just evict a household. Every family has their own backstory and DRAMA! I love Drama so this save file has TONS… In the upcoming days I will be introducing each family and their story so you can get to know them better.This will most likely be on my twitter so dont forget to follow if you are interested

I hope you enjoy 😊 WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

·         I used items from all expansion packs except island living.

·         Used some items from Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Laundry Day and Perfect Patio Stuff.

You can still     download if you don’t have some of these , just know there will be stuff     missing and some sims may be naked and/or bald.

NO CC needed.

Have your cheat ¨bb.moveobjects     on¨.

Copy the file you downloaded  (Slot_00000307.save) from your downloads folder into : my     documents/electronic arts/the sims 4/saves

DO     NOT PLACE IN MOD FOLDER.

Open     game and a new save should be there with the name of NEWCREST     SAVE FILE V1.0

Oversize Hoodie for the Sims 4

This top replace the Moschino hoodie from the last update to remove the big logo from the 3 original swatches, and add new color options (for a total of 30 swatches !). It only works for the male frame.

Please redownload - I’ve had to change parts of the dress so the bottom half is longer than it is on the cover. It looks better though in my opinion.

a cowl necked dress perfect for the summer! there’s a sheer layer on top to sort of mimic a chiffon-type look. this dress is based on a combination of these dresses by uo. thank u to @pinealexple for some stylistic tips 💛 hope you enjoy!!

Pretty much ever since I released the Grace Wrap Top during Simblreen last year, I’ve wanted to make a dress version. This dress is very much inspired by the classic DVF wrap dress design, with a really cool 70s vibe to match!

GRACE WRAP DRESS

- A dress version of my Grace Wrap Top - Base Game compatible - Two versions available: ‘Solids’ contains the mesh, and is therefore required, while ‘Patterns’ contains optional add-on swatches - Comes in 25 solid swatches in my October palette and 25 optional vintage-inspired patterned swatches (matching the October palette) - Custom thumbnail included, plus lods/shadow/bump map and all that jazz - There is a slight clipping issue at the bottom of the back of the dress (visible during some walk styles and movements), but it’s an issue also present in the original Strangerville dress so unfortunately I can’t fix it until EA does

Recolours including the mesh are allowed, just give me appropriate credit and link back to this post, and please don’t put it behind paywalls or ads.

Vintage Jacket

Some of you might remember this wip I posted a long long time ago (two and a half months to be exact). Since I recently hit 3k followers I thought it was the perfect occassion to FINALLY finish this jacket. What can I say? It was a pain in the ass to make but I LOVE how it turned out.
