Encouragement #1

Our life is full of stress and pressure that sometimes we feel that nobody loves them nobody can understand me. That's why depression will enter our life.

One thing I've learned during the moment's of stress and pressured is the power of saying encouragement.

One simple encouragement can change your entire day. One encouragement word can change negative thoughts, negative feelings, and stress in life.

When God spoke to me during my down moments in life, He told me His promises and it gives me encouragement to stand up and face all my problems.

Many people nowadays don't know how to use encouragement. The most popular word that came out to our mouth is Negativity. The Bible says "The abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. "

Before I don't know how to encourage other people. Then one day someone encourages me in just simple word and it makes me feel happy the entire day and feeling motivated.

Encouragement gives hope, motivation, positive attitude, and good atmosphere to other people.

Try to encourage other people using one word and surely you will see the difference.

Try to encourage everyone around you and surely you too will be encouraged also.

Learning and Growing as Educators On A Busy Schedule

“Educators have busy schedules and one thing that I hear quite often is that there never seems to be enough time. We need time to plan for our classes, to complete different tasks required by our roles in education, and of course most importantly is time to spend with our students. But in order to be at our best, we need to find time to take advantage of different learning opportunities to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in education. We also need time to connect with other educators. It’s through these relationships and finding the right tools that we will grow personally and professionally, and bring our best selves into our classrooms each day. The challenge is not so much in finding resources, but rather in finding the most valuable ones that will fit into already busy schedules.”
