Nova Park won the poll with Ainali coming in 2nd place. Thank you to everyone who voted. 🤲🏻

I tried messing around with Nova Park in Caw, but I never could get it to load. Then in game, one of the lots is buggy. I nuked all the lots, but something about the world just isn't right. So I'm going to pass on it and move between Ainali and the edited Hylewood world by Fluse. Did a little editing of the streets, terrain paint, distant terrain and tree colors in Hylewood so it's not sooooo 🟧🟧🟧. In Ainali, switched out the distant terrain and did minor landscaping to make it fit.

it’s either ainali or halley, i voted for ainali because i am slightly leaning towards that world

I was all in on Halley yesterday. Even took it into CAW to add no route painting and a distant terrain, but I was second guessing myself. I'm afraid over time that water feature is going to be buggy.

And Ainali is a good choice too. I played around with it in CAW too and switched out the distant terrain and I like it better. The only thing that holds me back is the terrain is sorta bright (base game neon green) and lots of water in the center.

So I don't know. lol 😅🤷🏻‍♀️

Simlicious teached me the last two nights how to make Walls! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA - 2 long nights with coffee, laughing, headache, much joy and enthusiasm - and finally we had it - YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA:) have a look:) My search for bigger quoining walls is finish, i made my own! Still looks like 💩 but at least we have shadows. Still haven't figured out AMD graphics. I think all that is handled in Adrenaline but it's so basic compared to Nvidia. It literally has maybe 9 or 10 options to change and I feel like they don't do anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I guess crunchy with shadows is the current vibe. lol

Still sorting through mods and cc. Oh and my mouse wheel doesn't work with the game now. Can't find my backup and my borrowed one from hubby at least works. It's weird. my mouse otherwise is fine in any other program.

The other thing I noticed was that the cheat box won't come up unless I hit the windows key with ctrl + shift then C. Weird.

Also, tried dxvk with reshade again and that didn't work. I got reshade to work on it's own, so I guess that'll have to do.

Lots of things to still figure out. I think I have fps limited (at least I think I do) but not sure about being in windowed mode. I'll have to do a little research.

🙋🏻‍♀️ So...yeah...I got a new computer while I've been on hiatus. We'll ignore the hot garbage screenshot. 🙈 Nothing is installed except the smooth patch and the vanilla landscape has scarred my retina. lol. I'm having to figure out stuff, because I went with a AMD cpu and gpu. It's fast, but dang I'll have to figure out how to make this tolerable. I've had it for a few months and I'm still not used to Windows 11 and anything AMD. I've always had a Intel/Nvidia setup and it is just different enough that it's great when the settings work, but super annoying when you have to tweak a setting that you can't find. Off to try and set up some necessary cc and try to get Reshade working. 🤞🏻
