Medical Reworked

Note: The medical career is busier!

Medical Career:

Sims in the medical career will autonomously follow up with their patients by phone and in person.

Sims will need to visit their patient's home when doing an in-person follow up.

There’s a chance that sims in the medical career will come across a sim needing medical help when they visit a lot. They can autonomously give medical attention.

Sims can now vaccinate Humans, Dogs, Cats and horses.

 Sims can now ask for vaccination.

Plasma Donation:

Sims including NPC can now autonomously donate plasma and earn $200. (Sims might faint after)

Vampire sims will not donate plasma!

Sims with the Good trait have a higher chance of donating plasma.

You must have a college of science rabbit hole building or rug in your town for this to work. Change the lot type to visitors allowed.

Hospital:

Sims including NPC can autonomously get Flu shot and Allergy shot.

Installation: Put in the overrides folder.

Unstable Minds

What to expect:

Sims with the Mourning buff, Betrayed buff and Heartbroken buff can now be admitted at the hospital for instability and it will be removed.

Sims will be admitted for 4 hours.

All sims including NPC can now autonomously get admitted if they have any of the listed buffs. You will get notified whenever a sim gets admitted.

Time Off/Call In Sick

Adding a little twist to the in-game features!

Things to expect:

The request time off option is always available on smart phones in the Jobs and Offers menu. 

All sims have a small chance of requesting time off from work autonomously.

Rebellious sims including teens have a slightly higher chance of requesting time off from work/school autonomously.

Sims with the commitment issues trait have the highest chance of requesting time off from work autonomously.

Sims with the Workaholic trait will never request time off from work autonomously.

   How to make the Sims3 run smooth?

After multiple corrupted save files and going through trials and tribulations with the sims 3, I found the recipe to make the game run smoothly after giving the sims 4 a break due to how lifeless it feels even with all the expansion packs and mods. Who doesn't like an open world life simulation game? 

First you have to understand that the more objects you have in your town the more laggy your game will be because it will reduce your FPS (Frames Per Second). Sims and animals are also considered as objects in the sims3.

1.Play in a smaller town with a lower population. You can use Nraas master controller mod to check your population Status.

Towns like sunset valley and Bridgeport are more laggy due to the size, high population and big buildings/Rabbit holes. (Sunset Valley has over 100 service sims alone which are only in town to provide services like babysitting, bartending etc.)

You can find smaller custom worlds to download, or you can make one.

Reduce animals in town or don’t use the Pets Expansion Pack. Make sure pets can’t reproduce unless the pet is in your active household. 

Change your fps limit from default to 60 in the settings.

Put your graphics settings on medium. (optional but recommend)

Use Nraas Register Mod for animal control. 

If you use Nraas Story Progression Mod, change the speed to slow in the general settings and clear story logs from time to time

Use Nraas Overwatch Mod. (it’s very useful)

You can access Nraas mods settings by using a computer or clicking on the City Hall building

Disable memories in general settings. (optional but recommend)

My town currently has 46 residents and 63 service sims.

2.Replace huge rabbit hole buildings with rabbit hole rugs or doors. (will link below)

Bigger buildings will make your game laggy due to the size and how much it takes to load in. Your save will also load faster!

You can find the rabbit hole rugs/doors in build mode in the community section once you are on a community lot.

Remember the more objects you have in town the more stuff your game/GPU has to render which will reduce your FPS (Frames Per Second) and cause lag. I barley experience lags in my game!

Tip to make active sims autonomously visit community lots if you use Nraas story progression mod.

Pregnancy Ups&Downs V 1.1

Early Access For Patreon Exclusive Members And Testers.

I Made some changes and added new things to Lizcandor Mixed Pregnancy Feelings Mod. The goal was to add more Ups & Downs to pregnancy. I plan to add more to this mod as I gain more knowledge about creating mods.

Note: It's important to take care of your pregnant sims since early pregnancy will be harder on them.

Things to Expect!

Medical Advice: All Pregnant Sims including NPC can autonomously get medical advice at the hospital. Send your pregnant sim to visit the hospital and they will get medical advice after visiting. ( sims who are family oriented will be more obsessed with getting medical advice).

Spa: All sims including NPC can autonomously get massages at the spa which can help relieve backache. Send your pregnant sim to visit the spa and they will get a massage after visiting.

       Pregnancy:

Pregnant sims are now moody.

New pregnancy moodlet.

Pregnancy is now uncomfortable for sims which will decrease mood by -10

      Nauseous:

Pregnant sims will experience more nausea as a downside of early pregnancy.

Pregnant sims will vomit more frequently as a downside of early pregnancy.

Sims may or may not accept romance when nauseous.

Nausea will decrease mood.

       Backache:

Sims have a 100% chance of getting a backache.

Backache can be eased for 3 hours after getting a massage.

Sims may or may not accept romance while having backache.

Backache Will decrease mood by -20

     Anxiously Expecting:

Sims who are anxious about their pregnancy will now have a chance of rejecting romance and socials.

This buff will last until sim gives birth.

Sims will be stressed, and their mood will decrease by -60

    Eagerly Expecting:

Sims who are eagerly expecting will more likely be social and romantic.

This buff will last until sim gives birth.

Sims will be happy and their mood will increase by +30.

More Negative Moodlets:

Negative Buffs will decrease mood by -30 or -50.

Note: You can use any pregnancy length since all pregnancy related buffs will be removed after sim gives birth.

More Negative Moodlets ranging from -30 to -50.

Conflicts: 

This mod will conflict with any mod that modifies the default bufflist. (not custom bufflist).

Lotto For All!

All sims in town can now buy lotto tickets autonomously. This can help NPC to not go broke if you play with mods that increases bills. Sims will buy lotto tickets if they go close by the grocery store.

Note: There are 8 prizes that Sims can win in the lotto. The higher the amount of the prize, the less the chance to win. The chances to win prizes of §1,000 and above are modified by the Sim's traits; the Lucky trait will increase the chance of winning, while the Unlucky trait will decrease them.

Please Brush Your Teeth Mod.

I have been playing the sims 3 for a while and I've never seen my sims brush their teeth by themselves unless I direct them to do it. With my Brush Your Teeth Mod sims will no longer go their whole lives without knowing what a toothbrush looks like lol.

Things to expect with my mod.

Sims will now autonomously brush their teeth.

Sims who are perfectionists, will brush their teeth more often.

Sims will gain fun by +20

Sims will Gain hygiene by +40
