5 Easy Organic Self Care Tips
No cap! Self care isn’t that simple but it’s definitely sexy! The hassle is not worth it if you don’t care about your hair, body, and self.
Maintaining an organic self-care routine can be a daunting task, but it is well worth it. Organic self-care promotes better health, but it is also more sustainable for the environment.
Home-made Facemask
One of the best ways to go organic with your skincare is by making your facemasks from ingredients available in your kitchen. There are endless recipes online, but a simple and easy one to start with is mixing honey, lemon juice, and olive oil. This mask is excellent for all skin types and helps to remove blemishes, brighten skin, and moisturize.
Natural Shampoo
Natural anti-dandruff shampoo is an excellent way to switch to an organic skincare routine. There are plenty of products on the market, so you can choose one that best suits your needs.
If you have oily hair, look for a shampoo with lemon or grapefruit. For dry hair, try a shampoo with avocado or jojoba oil. And for normal hair, any natural shampoo will do.
Take at least 30 minutes of “me time” each day to do something you enjoy, like reading a book or taking a walk.
Practice mindful breathing or meditate for a few minutes each day.
Make sure to get up and move your body every day with a yoga or stretching routine.
Make time for a healthy, balanced diet and incorporate nutritious foods into your meals.
Write in a journal, take up a creative hobby, or practice a skill you want to learn.
Set aside time to connect with friends and family.
Spend time in nature, if possible, and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
Most importantly, don’t forget to be kind to yourself and give yourself some grace during these times.
