Let Him reset you.
āLet us search out and examine our ways, and turn back to the Lordā Lamentations 3:40, NKJV.
āAnd Jesus answered and said to her, āMartha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from herā Luke⬠ā10:41-42⬠āNKJVā¬ā¬.
On technology devices, there is a reset button, that when pressed, restores the device to its original settings, back to how it began. There are times in our lives when we find ourselves not close to God like we used to be. For whatever reason, we have added to our lives different assignments, relationships, and tasks that are good, but not God. For whatever reason, we made some mistakes or wrong turns, and we wonder how we get back to where we should be. Weāve complicated our lives, with what God never intended.
When life gets overwhelming, complicated, and frustrating, we know itās time to reset. Christ makes all things new. Let God restore you to Him. Run to Him and receive His overflowing grace today. You are never too far. Return to the simplicity of walking with Jesus Christ. Let Him reestablish, resettle, and affirm who you are. He still called you. Let Him reset you.
Prayer: Father, I praise you! My life has gotten away from where you want me to be. Iāve added projects, relationships, and all this stuff to my life that you never told me to add. Forgive me. I thank you for an abundance of grace, and I know when I stay with your plans thereās life and peace. Bring me back to the simplicity of my walk and that place where itās all about you. Your will be done in me. Reset me, Lord. In Jesusā Name, Amen.

TRUSTING GOD THROUGH THE PAIN OF YOUR PAST
devotion by Michelle Bengtson
Invisible Garden
Scripture: Psalm 27; Isaiah 58:11; John 15:5
When my husband and I were newlyweds, I longed for a garden. But we also anticipated moving into a new home. We constructed a mobile garden on casters so that when we moved, it could move with us. We built the frame, filled it with soil, and planted the seeds. I diligently watered, waited, and watched for new growth. After several days, I impatiently wondered where my garden was because all I could see was dirt. In retrospect, there was plenty happening there, but it was all underground.
We rarely recognize the value of pain when we are going through it. But in the waiting, in the praying, in the trusting, God is working. Like with my invisible garden, the change is there, but itās often underground. It takes time for healing to occur, and we can either begrudge the pain or embrace the process. We can either grow bitter and resentful or look to God with expectancy for who he is and what he is doing. God is working his will and his way to help us become a brighter reflection of him. His promises give us countless reasons to hope.
When facing pain and adversity, it helps to speak Godās promises instead of reciting the problem. Throughout my husbandās and my health-related battles, for instance, I clung to Psalm 27:13: āI remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.ā
I know youāre tired. I know you are low on strength and perhaps lower on morale, but donāt give up. Donāt allow this trial to push you past your hope or cause you to stop pursuing your dreams. Lean into it. Push with the pain, like a woman in labor. Use it to birth your future.
God is a good God, his plans for us are good, and he longs to be our Provider. But growth is a process, one that we canāt rush, especially when we want Godās outcome.
Lord, I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Help me to be strong and take heart as I wait for you. Thank you for all you are doing underground, even if I canāt see new life right now. In Jesusās name, amen.

A Special Prayer for You
Father, I pray for my sister, according to Philippians 1:9-11, that her love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that she may approve things that are excellent, that she may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Prayer of the Day
O Lord our God, grant that we may have fellowship with you every day. May our hearts be ready to fulfill your commandments and to do what you want in all things. Hear our prayer. Hear and answer when we pray for the nations, for the whole world, and let your holy will be done. Remember all who are in distress, and lead them on the right way. May we go with joyful hearts wherever you lead us. Your name will be our help, your glory will come, and the world will be full of your love, your power, and your splendor. In the matchless name of Jesus. Amen

devotion by Kesha Trippett
How do you see Him?
āHe said to them, āBut who do you say that I am?ā Peter answered and said to Him, āYou are the Christ.ā Mark 8:29
The people of Nazareth, Jesusā hometown, saw Jesus in the natural. They said of Him, āIs this not the carpenterās son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas? And His sisters, are they not all with us?ā They saw Jesus in the natural. They did not see Him as God in the flesh. As a result, He could not do many mighty works there.
Today, many people, including some philosophers, see Jesus of Nazareth as a good man who led an exemplary life. They feel that if all of us could live our lives like Him, the world would be a better place. They donāt see Jesus as the bread of God who came from heaven to give life to the world. They donāt see Him as the one who came to give them living water, so that they would never thirst again. They donāt see Him as the Lamb of God, who took away the sin of the world. They donāt receive from Him what they need because they donāt esteem Him rightly.
Jesus did not come just to set a good example for man to follow. He came to be our Redeemer. He came to be our righteousness. He came to be our shepherd, so that we will not lack anything.
Jesus asked His disciples once, āWho do you say that I am?ā How you answer this question depends on how you see Jesus. And how you see Jesus will determine how and what you receive from Him. So see Him as your God, as everything He claims to be in His Word, and He will do mighty works in your life.
Prayer: Lord, I come to you today and confess that I have at times not trusted or truly relied on you to be more than enough in my life. I choose today to trust you to be exactly what you say you are to meā¦
You are my El Roi, my all seeing God.
You are my Jehovah-Rapha, my Healer.
You are my Jehovah-Jireh, my Provider.
You are my Jehovah-Tsidkenu , my Righteousness.
And You are my Jehovah-Shalom, the one that give me peace to the uttermost.
(Read Matthew 13:55ā56; Matthew 13:58; John 6:33; John 4:14; John 1:29; Galatians 3:13; 1 Corinthians 1:30; Psalm 23:1)

If He said it, He will do it!
āThen said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform itā Jeremiah 1:12, Amplified.
Man can make a strong, honest commitment to do something, but there is still a possibility that something can come up or happen outside of our control that can keep us from doing what we said. Yet, not your God. The Father is infallible, righteous, and faithful. Nothing will come up with Him. He is in control, and the Lord is the only One who will speak and always bring it to pass.
The Father is not surprised by where you are. He isnāt sweating bullets, wondering if He can meet your needs on time, nor should you be either. The Lordās not under any pressure about how He can have you walk in His plan for your life, nor should you be either. Set your mind at rest in the God who was and is. The God who surrounds you as a shield and covers you. Heaven and earth will pass away before He lets His word fail in your life. Remember what He told you and be strengthened today because if He said it, He will do it!
Prayer: Father, thank you. I can rejoice today because you watch over your word to perform it. I can praise you because your favor surrounds me like a shield. You are covering me. You are active and will bless me with what I need. I receive your help not to walk under any stress, but I am free to rest in you! I remember what you told me, and if you said it, you will do it. Hallelujah! In Jesusā name, Amen!
