I’ve been trying to divorce my abusive ex for 2 1/2 years. Abusive ex, aka docgoo, filed a motion to have the judge removed from our case. This is because in my first divorce case against him (the main judge dismissed the case - I’ll get to that later), I was awarded the house that he had been living in. He moved out, testified as such, and the judge gave me immediate, exclusive possession of the house. Docgoo showed up as I was there with two friends and my oldest son (with his friend) changing locks. Looooong story short, abusive ex was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The entire time, he claimed he was the victim, and he had every right to be at “his” house (he doesn’t understand words, apparently).
He eventually plead guilty to a misdemeanor and is on probation for two years.
His motion to remove the judge (because she ruled against him in the first case and he didn’t understand her orders) was denied.
All that was going through my head when I got that news was

I had to learn how to fight for myself
And we both know all the truth I could tell
I'll just say this is ‘I wish you farewell’“
