Eleventh day in mc donalds and second day of the peak season. I was assign in lobby a lot people in the lobby, my route in lobby is cleaning rest room and alfresco, I was bussing table every time they done eating and a lot of good people in mc donalds, if you greet them, they greet them back with a smile and if you simply assist the costumer, they said to you "Thank you" I admit im so tired but If I can here that word my tiredness is gone, im just smiling everytime I walk and bassing table in mcdo because of the generous costumer.

Twelveth day in mc donalds third day of the peaked season, I was assign again in lobby station because the managers prioritize the much better experience crew in the kitchen to never been down on the product, so my route today in lobby station is function room and alfresco, so its really hard day in lobby station its saturday also, more people and more tourist in southwoods, had an english school for the korean people so, a lot of koreans ordered every day in Mc donalds, and did you know mc donalds southwoods 441, Is the second top hit sales in south. So bunch of people every day eating in mcdo, and my duty on this day opener. So 8hrs of my duty, bassing and cleaning the whole lobby every time.

13th day 12/23/2018

Thirteenth day of mc donalds its sunday it was very hard time again I was supposed to be in lobby station but my crew mates are AWOL (AbsentWithOutLeave) So his station is batch grill, and one of my favorite station in kitchen so im going to kitchen ASAP because a lot of costumer are order some burger product so the quantity of the lay of product is 8pcs of patty, because it is morning a lot of senior citizen are going to eat in mcdo, have some coffee and read some news paper. Every day, loyal costumer of mc donalds southwoods. So its so very standard in terms of laying and if the costumer less than a six in the counter the quantity of the patty is low, like 3pcs of patty. Because if its 10am we will go back our product in the normal category of products, the 3am to 10am this is morning product of mc donalds.

14th day 12/24/2018

Fourteenth day in mc donalds, before the Christmas I was assign in lobby station, but my duty hour is mid, so less than a people came here because its monday, but in drive thru was so very tired you can see on their face, I want to help I said to my mind but I didn't know what I to do their, so im focus on bassing tables, im not tired because not to much people came here, and so boring but thanks to my crew mates, because we are having fun in lobby, like we will finish bassing table a soon as possible then if I gonna win, im the strongest lobby person, but im kidding, all of my 8hrs is very boring but such a good memorable moments in mcdo.

First of all merry christmas, this is my last day in mc donalds, so I was very sad but feeling happy inside because my ojt is done. I was assign in lobby, because my half of hours in 120 hrs im in kitchen, so they said to I was to be assign in lobby. But I swear in mc donalds southwoods was so great to have a crewmates like them, I am ojt and they crew in mc donalds but I feel like one of them, 15th days is too short, and the biggest word that I can here my manager is "Comeback here and I will accept you, thankyou" I am touch about she said to me, like goosebumps. Many lesson in mcdonalds southwoods that I can apply in my journey to my dreams, and mc donalds be your stepping stone to your dreams, because a lot of working student on mcdo they reach their dreams because of the help of mc donalds. Thank you! And I will assure to mc donalds, that I can apply to my life all of the lesson what ive learned.

1st day 12/12/2018

My first day on Mc donalds southwoods is actually very interesting because all of your crew mates is grateful and I was enjoyed because I walk around and they greet me, I was happy and like in one of them.

They teach me how to grill a patty, and I feel im in krusty crab and I am spongebob squarepants.

2nd day 12/13/2018

Second day my position is to cook in batch grill machine all of the patty is cook in grill, First is so very easy because just lay 3pcs of patty after 30s, its done. But after 2hours bunch of people came from the church and order a lot of products, a lot of burgers product was ordered so I was lay some patty so fast because if I going slow the product will be downn, but I succesfully served all of orders. And after 8hrs of duty im so very tired but my crewmates give me a verygood and a big smile.

3rd day 12/14/ 2018

Third day I was assign in batchfry in batch fry all of the product was cooked deeply in oil and all of the product has a format, but I will introduce to all of you what are the products in batchfry the products in batch fry our nuggets, fish fillet, mc chicken, pine apple pie, and fillet o fish. All of that has a machine that put the product and after set a timer it will cook done thats all.

4th day 12/15/2018

I was arrived in mcdo southwoods at exactly 11:00 am in the morning so I was already late on my duty, the manager on my side told me "Your late" But in gently way, and I said "Im sorry sir, im stuck in traffic" Then I'll go in the crew room to change my shirt, I was assign in batch fry, my crewmates didn't do they turn over to me, they didn't clean the equipment and filtered the oil. Its okey to me because I was ojt here, I need this. I fry all of the product and my 8hrs in store in so very tired because its saturday.

5th day 12/15/2018

Fifth day in mc donalds I was assign in batch grill, its my favorite place in the kitchen but I forget its sunday a lot people, go to malls and church. So I was very tired in just 1 hour because its too many people in store, all of the products our down, but its enjoyable because my crew mates just smiling and just doing our worked and succesfully done with the smile and you cannot on their face the tiredness because they actually fun in the kitchen. Its was amazing that they do all they like 8hrs or more done.

6th day 12/16/2018

Sixth day in mc donalds manager said to me I was supposed to read a TSOC to prepare me on initiator, crew chiefs in mcdo wearing a red uniform said to me intiator is too hard because all of the orders in the counter going in the lcd monitor tv, so I was engaging to do the product and let the assembler do the finishing product, to serve in side 1. So I I have an idea in initiator, my station on this day is batch grill, in the next day 5pm I will read the TSOC and trained by the crew chief.

7th day 12/18/2018

Seventh day in mcdonalds the day I will read the TSOC in initiator station, first its to easy to read about on the paper but I can't imagine in actual, because a lot of strategies to memorize like the fifo (first in first out) if the counter panch a product, it will you do the first one after the other product. So im doing in actual, its to hard to memories what the product of in the counter like double cheesy burger, Im so very confused what im doing im so tired and the product are down. But crew chief said to its okey, its your first time.

8th day 12/18/2018

Eigth day in mc donalds I was assign in initiator, im memories already in my home all of the strategy in the TSOC so im very lightly comfortable in how to do some stuff in my station but its gently improving, my assembler help me because he already know the station because he said to me that before he turn into assembler his station is initiator, so I can do my job easy and my assembler is to generous because all the techniques said to me, and I can apply to my station.

9th day 12/19/2018

Ninth day in mc donalds I was assign again in initiator all of the lesson in my assembler yesterday, I apply to my station and I do the product if its a lot of orders in counter, I was easily do thanks to my assembler, that I idolize because he is lot experience they know to how to handle an a lot of orders, and he is give me a idea to be assembler. He cross trained me in assembler. And Its very easy in this station rather than my station seriously.

10th day 12/20/2018

Tenth day in mc donalds managers set an crew assembly, And all of the crew in our store are borrow and ojt's. And the beauty of this day is im not tired and counted in my DTR (Daily Time Record) And they rescheduled all of the schedule, because its peaked season on this day. A lot of people are going to it in mc donalds because of the "Simbang gabi" And the 20-25 are the most date that mcdo are hitting an sales. So every duty they have an incentives in the crew room, the incentives are you have a break after your break you have an extra break before you leave on mcdo, its way to say thankyou and appreciation of your

work.
