Queequeg = Seems to have elements from "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Anderson, most notably with her fascination with sunsets and her. Literally being a mermaid. I can back this if wanted I have Little Mermaid right here-
...OH ALSO DON QUIXOTE has a secondary source in the musical 'Man of La Mancha-' notable by her directly quoting it over Don Quijote.

Here it is, an incomplete list of references connected to characters and abnormalities, used by Project Moon in their games. The focus wasn't to collect absolutely everything because it wouldn't be readable, so I didn't include the exclusively story related ones (Example: Library of Babel).
