Superman and Wonder Woman explained: Why their dynamic/relationship matters:

1. The (child) Refugee - Kal-El/Clark Kent born on Krypton, raised in Smallville. Grew up conditioned to hide his identity out of fear/ protection.
The (young adult) Immigrant: Diana of Themyscira born and raised on her island was taught to openly be free to celebrate her identity
2. They are NOT Gods, but they are NOT mortal. They are NOT their powers. They are, however, the in between of the unique worlds bridging said worlds together. That is what makes the complexity of their representations as an immigrant and refugee more compelling and fantastical.

3. With the complexed layers peeled back, at their core, they are simply a farm boy and an island girl with hearts of pure gold. Two of the most powerful otherworldly beings are also the most humbled, kindest, gentlest, self sacrificing souls realize the burden of being put on a pedestal as inspirational forces of world change and betterment.

4. What this relationship explores is how the two function as individuals, learning from and teaching each other their POV from their paralleled outsider experience and their inner loneliness weaving it all together, finding solace and having a very layered understanding.
5. A power couple by definition is a couple in a healthy relationship who support each other, encourage goodness, and make the world a better place.
It’s is not about physical power. It is a testament of equal standing of influence and respect, trust and understanding.
It is showing the understanding of acknowledging their vulnerabilities so openly is a powerful statement to their humanity and morality.

6. It explores the judgements of the world equating to viewing them as celebrities and as two powerful foreign beings pissing off the government and even the League to put the PEOPLE first as the Champion of the Oppressed and Warrior of Peace.
7. In addition to blending the scientific with the mythical, there is also untapped potential of bridging their civilian occupations as a Reporter and an Ambassador. Clark’s influential words within the news media and Diana’s voice to speak for the people.

8. It is the acceptances that while they have their differences, they have similarities to balance the scale of their would be natural conflicts giving a unique complexed well rounded perspective.

9. It is the acceptance of being completely honest and true with each other and within themselves. Not to conform to what’s accepted as “normal” for society’s comfort, but what makes society unique and diverse. Blending in, while maintaining to stand out.
10. Their humanity is not defined by nor motivated by one love interest. They are motivated by love of all life as one that lost their home world yet adopting another and as one who was created from the soil of this world ingrained within its nature.

11. They are never above and never want to be. However they are free spirits with a unique outlook on life and the world such as every other individual does, though on a grander scale.
12. They have a beautiful friendship the evolves over the decades and whether it evolves into a romance, like it or not, there is merit. Best friends falling in love, is not unheard of, if anything it is quite common. It’s all about the right execution.

I feel like we don't talk nearly enough about Clark and Diana's friendship. Like, it is just so special to me ok?
From what I've seen, they're just always so supportive of each other no matter what. Like, they are genuinely so ride-or-die for each other. And I think that's so precious of them.
Like, if you try to fight one of them, you best believe the other is right behind them, ready to throw hands without question. (In other words, your ass is royally fucked.)
They go out for coffee and gossip together, they arm wrestle, they are the others loudest cheerleader, they trust each other with their life, etc.
To me, they are that duo of friends where one of them is beating you up, and the other is holding the phone landscape style while recording and smiling widely.

Everyone talking about violyn's babies has me thinking...
Disclaimer: "Buh-but how do they reproduce??" Idk, that's between them and the arcane.
Moving on...
We all know those Kiramman genes are STRONG. Look at the portraits of Caitlyn's ancestors. The same eyes, high cheekbones, and chin passed down through like four generations with Caitlyn. So I think most of them would have some prominent Kiramman features.
Lucky kids.
Most of them would have hair in shades of purple (Vi and Cait's hair mixed together) - lavender, magenta, eggplant, indigo, and of course violet :D. A couple would have Vi's puppy-dog shaped gray eyes, and also her freckles. Their features would be puzzled together on their kids, one having Cait's eye shape but Vi's color and vice-versa, some having Cait's angular face while others getting Vi's heart-shaped one.
Again, very lucky kids.
Due to both Vi and Caitlyn being tall, their kids would also be giants. The unhinged mongoose gang.
And then there would be that one kid of theirs. They have the biggest, roundest eyes ever and chubby cheeks. Everyone says they look like... their auntie.
BEFORE any of you accuse me of insinuating that Caitlyn in this scenario cheats on Vi with Jinx - lmao no. This child just simply resembles her aunt more than her mom. It's not uncommon in the slightest for kids to resemble their aunt/uncles more than their parents. Vi & Jinx share 50% of the same DNA with each other as full-blooded sisters, so one of Vi's children favoring Jinx is not out of the question at all.
And who knows? She might also have blurple hair. And she will be loved and cherished by all. Vi might slip up and call her "Powder" when she feels inadequate at something. Ironically, she will also end up being Caitlyn's favorite.
When the kid first starts resembling Jinx, Caitlyn has a flashback to when she tried to insult Vi by saying "It's her [Jinx's] blood in your veins" and realizes the umpteenth time how stupid she was being.

Happy Pride 🌈
I actually managed to finish it before Pride Month ends. Three of my favorite DC couples at pride together, with pride-pun shirts, because I love that Every Lesbian Needs A Cousin meme for Kate and thought it’s funny since it’d also fit for Kara whom I headcanon as a lesbian. Naturally, that required their cousins to be there and since I ship both Clark and Bruce with bisexual women, they get matching pun-shirts too (though I do hope the W cut to simultaneously look like a B works). Diana’s Wonder Woman logo but make it wlw and the pun Be Gay Do Crime truly was made for Selina.
