Trigun Stampede for some reasons: Knives doesn't need to eat or sleep.

Trigun the original manga: The first time Knives is mentioned, Legato informs Vash that he has been sleeping since the last time they met, aka years ago. He wakes up to meet Vash and goes BACK TO SLEEP afterward, only to be woken up days later by Wolfwood. He also does a big yawn later. He's a sleepy boy, less murderous when he gets to have his nap.
