How to ignore the 3D and how to do it.
This is for all the people who were as confused as me when I first came across Neville Goddard and the fact that we have to actually ignore 3D. That said, in a simpler way, is our reality as we perceive it and what happens in it.

What it means?
What Neville Goddard meant when talking about ignoring 3D is to be able to not react to it. By doing that, we don't have to ignore the 3D, but we can ignore our reaction to it.  Ignoring 3D means applying the most simple law that there is to manifest, the law of detachment. 
what is the law of the detachment? (i will explain it better in the future)
The law of detachment serves to give us a true awareness of where we put our energy, and by energy, I mean not only the physical but the spiritual too. The way this law applies to 3D reality is that we let go of the outcome because we have already received what we manifested.

How do i do it?
I will be very clear here: do not ignore yourself and your feelings just because you have to "ignore the 3D," because you can do that every time. Take your time to let your feelings flow, and when you feel ready, let go of them. I wanted to make this clear because I don't want you to think that ignoring reality means ignoring your true feelings when it hurts or when you are having a fucking bad day. It is unhealthy to do that. 
When we have to ignore the 3D, what really has to happen is our reaction to it.  For example, if I didn't get a promotion at work, my first reaction could be to be sad or mad. If I ignore the 3D, I have to let go of that reaction and reset it: "I didn't get the promotion I was manifesting because I have to receive a bigger one." and this becomes your reality. 
and that's it. We don't have to put this incredible, extra-tense effort into it because everything is already yours.

✶ things i learned from shifting. . . as someone who's shifted.
i , the hardest part is pretending it's hard : shifting is not a herculean task. it's not climbing everest barefoot or decoding the voynich manuscript. it's deciding you're done with the mundane and stepping into the divine. every time you say, "i can't shift," you're just playing a trick on yourself. a bit like insisting you don't know how to breathe until someone reminds you. (spoiler: you do.)
ii , time is a house of mirrors :  when you shift, you're not "leaving" this reality. you're just walking down another hallway. it feels linear until you turn, and suddenly you're face-to-face with yourself, or a version of you that's holding a cat and wearing thigh-high boots. time is bendy. it's pliable. it's like clay, in a way. it's an obedient servant if you tell it to be.
iii , belief is your first-class ticket :  you don’t need a spell, a potion, or a seven-step guide. you just need belief. conviction is the real magic here. call it delusion if you like. i call it decisive manifesting. and trust me, i've shifted while feeling like a hollow shell of a human. belief doesn’t have to roar.
iv , you can't outrun yourself : shift all you want, but the core of you, the you that laughs too hard, cries too often, and loves too much, comes along for the ride. your dr self isn’t some perfect barbie doll version of you. they're you, but in technicolour. the grass is greener, but you're still the one who's walking barefoot on it.
v , failing is still shifting :  every attempt you call a failure is still a step closer to mastering it. you don’t beat yourself up for dreaming weird dreams, do you? so why do it here? your mind’s just warming up, stretching its muscles. let it stumble. even if you "fail," you’re still playing the game, and that counts.
vi , nothing is as serious as it seems :  shifting is playful, silly, camp. you’re choosing realities where you’re a pureblood gryffindor or dating a young peter parker!! have fun with it. get deranged. be the girl who giggles when thinking about her dr instead of sulking. make it ridiculous and extravagant. you’re literally bending reality to your will. why not make it a soap opera?
vii , you’re never ‘too much' : the universe doesn’t care if you want to rule a kingdom or live quietly in a cottage by the sea. your desires are never too loud, too big, or too weird. you are expansive. your mind was built for this. ask for it all, then ask for more.
viii , shifting is a love letter to yourself :  it’s saying, "i believe in you," over and over, in different fonts, languages, and realities. it’s the grandest way to love yourself, to say you deserve the universe and every parallel one, too.
ix , reality is a suggestion, not a rule :  the same way you decide to wear eyeliner and not cry in it, you decide what’s real. you decide the boundaries, the limits, the laws. shift as easily as you breathe because that’s what it is: life, but on your terms.
x , trust the multiverse, and trust yourself :  the multiverse knows what it’s doing, but so do you. trust that you’re aligned with everything you’re seeking and that everything you’re seeking is also seeking you. it’s not just about waiting for the stars to align. . . it’s about knowing that you are the one aligning them. believe that the shift is already happening, because it is. all you have to do is show up for it.

Shifting is easy. If you believe otherwise you're not educated enough on it.
You don't need a method to shift.
You are pure consciousness regardless of what you're doing.
You don't even need an intention to shift.
Physical symptoms have nothing to do with shifting.
Consciousness is not in you, you are in consciousness.
You can still shift if you're lazy, effort is not required.
Only you can shift yourself, stop depending on others.
Attempts don't exist. You're always shifting. There's no failed shifting 'attempt'.
You can still shift with self-doubt.
Shifting is not a process.
Shifting is instant, your cr is your past.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SAYING YOU'RE SABOTAGING YOURSELF!!! It's manifesting because you're letting it.
There is no such term as minishifted, a shift is a shift.
You don't have an OR (original reality) you're shifting every second you're not bound here.
CR=DR they're the same, the only thing that separates you is the mindset.
You don't need to affirm 24/7.
It's not necessary to reprogram your subconscious.
You can shift for whatever reason it's your reality.
You don't have to feel it real you'll get it anyways. But if it helps congratulations.
Feeling your feels no matter how 'negative' won't stop you from shifting.
Yes you can script ANYTHING.
"but I've tried everything" have you tried letting it go?
Shifting is a decision not magic.
Dreaming and Lucid dreaming are a part of shifting.
You shift even when you're sleeping there's no exception to shifting.
DRs already exist. People didn't create them, they chose them.

Hi y’all. Here’s my method. It’s essentially a Wake Back To Sleep and a lucid dreaming method with my own tweaks. It makes shit happen (for me). Mini-shifted a few times with this.
1. MUGWORT TEA + MUGWORT OIL ANOINTMENT (I was gifted mugwort and blue lotus anointment oil and it helps with dream work and focus during meditation. Mugwort infusion gives me longer, more detailed dreams).
2. MEDITATION + STRETCHING/BREATHING EXERCISES (I do this yoga routine)
3. DRINK LOTS OF WATER (ideally the mugwort infusion)
4. AFFIRM ‘I let it go, I let it happen’ ‘I will wake up in my Desired Reality’ ‘I am shifting now’ + ‘SHIFTING PILL’ MINDSET or ‘C’ MINDSET (the ‘shifting pill’ mindset is imagining that you’ve taken ✨something✨ and you’re just waiting for the acid to drop. No use going back now. You’ve done your method, and it’s going to have an effect. The ‘C’ mindset is imagining yourself in C’s place, or any other shifter you admire/trust. When they try to shift, they have all faith in themselves cos they’ve done it before and they can do it easily. Imagine you’re them).
5. VISUALISATION: BLUE-GREEN EARLY MORNING LIGHT IN THE WHITE-WALLED BEDROOM, COWBOYCORE DECOR, SCENT OF HOT CHOCOLATE WITH CINNAMON, MATTRESS DIPPING, QUIET FOOTSTEPS (I have experienced some of these on mini-shifts to that DR)
6. WAKE UP AND GO PEE, STAY AWAKE FOR A BIT
7. VISUALISE SOMETHING SOOTHING OR SOMETHING THAT RAISES THE VIBES
8. AFFIRM ‘I am shifting’, ‘I will wake up in my Desired Reality’
9. KNOW THAT THE PROCESS HAS ALREADY STARTED AND SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN + GO BACK TO SLEEP* & SHIFT.
*If you find yourself in a lucid dream:

1. You have time. Tell yourself so.
2. Touch the ground. Ask for greater clarity. (This will ground you and make the dream less fuzzy).
3. Summon the Subtle Knife (from His Dark Materials, or use any other tool) and draw an opening to your DR.
4. Affirm: ‘I know what doing this means. It will shift me to my Desired Reality with Rick in Scotland, with every possible tune of reality. I will be in the waking world there when I wake up.’
5. Go through the portal and reality check. If you’re still dreaming, try again.

I will shift tonight. You will shift. We will ALL shift at some point no matter what. And regardless on whether you shift tonight, tomorrow, next week, next month or even next year it will happen.
Shifting has been discovered by you for a reason and it will happen. If you can’t be stuck when shifting in your desired world, then you most cannot get stuck in this current world that we live in also.

Stuff people in my dreams told me when I asked them how to shift
Hi 🌞🌙✨ I use lucid dreaming for fun, shifting, and spiritual exploration. I haven’t fully shifted yet, I believe I have mini-shifted once.
When people give me answers in my dreams, I take that as a message from me to me. Some stuff resonates, some doesn’t. It’s mostly a lot of fun. Here goes 🌞🌙✨
O. Giroud : “If you take the time to explore and decipher the correspondances and symbolic code of the universe, you’ll be very fulfilled and happy.”
I shift for my favourite football player and he shows up in my dreams all the time. I often call for him when I’m lucid. This one time he was holding both my hands in his as he often does, and this is what he answered when I asked him: “How can I shift realities to be in a world where we’re together?”
Rick Grimes: “First you gotta shift, then you gotta lucid dream.”
I asked him “Rick, how can I shift?” and he said this. Which doesn’t seem like it makes any sense, but at that time, I would lucid dream pretty much every time I fell asleep trying to shift. So it might have meant I’d have to induce a lucid dream by trying to shift, and then shift through that dream.
I also minishifted since then and I am taking a break now to focus on lucid dreaming, so maybe he was referring to this step in my journey. To mini-shift once, then explore my dreams for a while, learn more stuff and shift through that or after that.
Didier Deschamps: “Lucid dreaming is a very good thing. You’re very good at it. Now the universe is like a very dense and intricate jungle, and you just gotta hack through there, find a thread in that ball of yarn and follow a path through.”
He’s the coach for the national French football team and I can not explain why I called him in a lucid dream. I don’t know why I did that. Do you know who would call to him for help and advice though? My DR self. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi. I’m compiling my shifting methods. All my favourites, the ones I always come back to, the ones that feel like my own. This a journal entry of sorts.
🌞 meditation, stretching and affirmation
Every night when I go to bed, or just before, I do a quick yoga routine based on Nourished Natasha’s ‘evening yoga’ video. It’s all about release.
When I intend to shift that night, I dedicate my breathing exercises and meditation to my intention to shift. I also use the release exercises to release my pressure to shift.
Usually once I’m done with the legs-up-the-wall pose, I’m about ready to pass out. I only have to focus on my DR and on my intention; affirm that I want to shift and that I decide to shift. I try to remain in a meditative, calm state. Sleeping on my back usually helps.
🌞 the aura method
When I first learned to meditate, I was taught to picture my energy. Feel where it was in my body. Was it a ball of light? What shape? What colour? What texture?
I try to make my energy bigger with each breath. If it’s in my chest, I try and make it bigger so it fills my belly and my shoulders, then my neck and my hips, and my face and my legs and my arms and hand and feet. Once I am able to feel it all over my body, I try and make the “aura” wider, I try and make the “ball of light” bigger. So I picture it growing with each breath and encompassing every little thing in the room with me, until my aura has filled the room in every corner and with everything in it.
This grounds me and puts me in a meditative state. I fill the room with a bright white light (which purifies it at the same time). Then I make it come back to my core, and I do it all again, except I am my DR self in my DR room.
I feel my energy change when I switch to my DR self. I picture them meditating like I am now. Possibly my energy is not the same colour or shape anymore. And I try, progressively, to feel it everywhere in my body and then I try to make it bigger and to have my DR self’s aura encompass the aura of every last little thing in my DR room - until I fill it with a bright white light.
This grounds me in my DR room. It’s a five-senses method in a way, I think it achieves the same thing. It’s one of my favourite exercices to connect with my DR. If I do it as an asleep method, I’ll affirm that I’ll wake up in my DR and go to sleep peacefully and with confidence.
🌞 the birdsong method
I close my eyes and think of bird songs. As many as I can. I picture them singing by my DR room window. If I focus I start hearing them - I can’t tell if it’s real or in my head. Cue the Dumbledore quote.
🌞 the lucid dream method
I was really shit at shifting so I learned to lucid dream to spice things up and get fun results. I thought it’d be a waste of time but I just could. not. shift for the life of me, and I needed a big fat break. I learned to lucid dream to keep a connection with all that stuff. It gave me so much!!! I dream of my comfort people all the time.
I have a method for lucid dreaming and it works for me. So I thought I’d apply it to shifting.
🌙 First, my method to lucid dream:
I set my intention throughout the day. I remind myself I have the intention to lucid dream and so I need to do tons of reality checks. My go-to are looking at my hands, thumb through the palm and blocking my nose, checking if I can breathe. I do these like 50 times a day lmao
In the evening, I turn off my phone and computer and I have dinner and do my little yoga routine. If I’m ready to pass out then I do so, if not I meditate and/or read.
I have a little pouch filled with lavender. It was made by my best friend (the one who taught me to meditate) and I keep it on my bedside table. When I intend to lucid dream, I give it a good sniff lmao lavender helps with sleep stuff
I have been known to address a formal prayer to Helios or Selene or Hermes for lucid dreams.
Then I lay on my back for a little bit because it helps put me in a meditative state, and I affirm that I’ll lucid dream. What’s nice about intending to lucid dream is that you have to go to sleep. It’s just such a good way to get better sleep because you have to sleep to achieve what you want.
I often have to wake up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep in order to lucid dream. It’s sometimes a part of the process.
Once I’m lucid I have to remember to rub my hands together to get grounded. Then I try and spend time with my comfort people because it makes me so happy and silly.
🌙 If I want to shift:
I need to find a door or a window or a kind of portal. If there isn’t any, I’ll make one. I need to really focus and visualise my DR on the other side, and affirm hard af that I’ll shift to my DR when I go through. Then I go through.
🌙 Applied to shifting:
If I can lucid dream by affirming that I’ll lucid dream and going to sleep after a light meditation, then I can do the exact same thing for shifting. It works for lucid dreaming, it makes. me. lucid. dream. So meditate, affirm, be assured that it works because it has worked before.
🌞 the shifting feeling method
Lay down, close your eyes and just try and get your consciousness out of there and into your DR, like you’re launching your mind really hard through the stars. It’s like a big knot of focused energy right through your forehead.
🌙 I can compile several of these methods: first stretch and meditate - get in a meditative state - then the aura method - getting grounded in my DR - then the shifting feeling method and from there the birdsong method, affirming I have shifted and can hear my DR. I know that when I do any of these methods and set my intention, one of three things happens:
🌙 I will shift
🌙 I will lucid dream
🌙 I’ll have a dream about my DR.
