tomura shigaraki isn’t the type to be shy around someone he likes. all for one didn’t raise him like a normal child, and it shows. he’s straightforward about what he wants, needs, and hates.

so if he wants something from you, expect him to be vocal about it. if something itches him, he’s going to express it. he doesn’t hold back or shy away from what bothers him. while he doesn’t vocalize love easily, he’s not afraid to show admiration or respect when he feels it.

embarrassment and shame? not in his vocabulary. tomura strikes me as someone who embraces his feelings and desires without hesitation, especially when it comes to expressing what he respects or admires about others, what he hates and wants from them.

there's SO much fun stuff you can do with toshi's secret identity bullshit... i think my favorite thing (and smth i will write eventually) is the reader being close enough friends to all might to confide in him that they think they're in love and he's just quietly like "cool! i have no shot with them." and yknow his heart is breaking. and then they say they're in love with toshinori and all might just has to sit there as they GUSH about how much they like him and what they like about him and just. man. he's just completely fucking floored because 1. they like him??? 2. they like toshinori more than they like all might??? 3. Thinking about how canonically Shigaraki takes the time to print out photos of people.

Imagine he’s trying to tell you about Bakugo or Izuku and he whips out a photo to show you, but he reaches into the wrong pocket and it’s just a picture of you he stole from your instagram and printed out to carry around with him bc you look pretty and he’s like “Fuck, wrong photo— forget you saw that.”

shouto was used to being alone. he was alone as a child, alone when his mother left, alone when he slept, and alone when he woke up. warmth was something scarce, a luxury to him then; something he's rarely felt beforehand. the warmth of his mother's reassurance and the feeling that brought him longing as he watched his older siblings' happy faces after being allowed to play outside. a different kind of warmth, the one that would fill the hole in his heart left by a guilty mother and a sorry excuse of a father. not from his quirk, not from the tiredness he felt from his excessive training routine, but warmth and comfort from someone who understood. and he craved somebody who would.

you showed him warmth. not the heat that oozes out of his left side when he uses his quirk. not the intensity that once surrounded his being when his father forced him to train as a kid. it's the kind of warmth that he feels on his tummy whenever you embrace him, your lips on his forehead as he basked in your mellownesa . it was the warmth he was longing for during all those sleepless nights, the sentiment he wished he could feel in windy darkness and slow mornings. it was the feeling of being wanted, being held. he soon found out that there are no warmer places than in your arms.

"hold me?" he says, every night before you both go to sleep. you felt as if you watched each other grow, seeing each other's imperfections and lackings. you looked at him in sweetness, holding him for the night once again. todoroki felt as if eternal rest came whenever he was coddled by you. as if he was once again just shouto. not todoroki, not endeavour's son, not number two pro hero shouto, just shouto. and coming home to you was the best luxury he could ever afford.
