The Spy Agencies' BIG Adventure

A/n: So this is basically a crossover fanfic! (Miri, Anya and Eri are apart of my CrissCrossers fanfic, it's basically about other fandoms that I'm into know each other and get to together as family and friends) this is a cute fun fanfic with @muppenthings ocs!

Prologue: Adventure Awaiting!

Fandoms: Spy x Family, Buddy Daddies, My Hero Academia

Yor kneeled down to Anya's height and fixing Anya's hair before she got up and smiled warmly "Be careful now ok Anya?"

"I will mama!"

"And remember to listen to the grown ups" Loid's words we're firm but gentle

"Yes papa!" Anya did a salute gesture with a confident smile

With Kazuki and Rei, Kazuki talked with Taniel to make sure everything goes alright, he was always protective.

"Alright... and you guys have food?"

"Yup"

"Water?"

"...Sir, why do you think this is an aquarium—? Of course we have water"

Rei sighed and patted Kazuki's shoulder "Come on Kazuki, they know what their doing, we trust them that their gonna take care of Miri" he then turned to Taniel with a soft expression

"Sorry about him"

"No, it's alright. I understand the concern of a parent" Taniel waved her hand dismissively

Lastly but not the least, Shota and Emi was reassuring Eri she was gonna be just fine at the aquarium with Taniel and the others.

"Don't you worry Eri! Aquarium is really cool! So many fishes to see and it's verryyy beautiful!" Emi clapped her hands excitedly with sparkles in her eyes with a big smile. Shota glanced at Emi and he raised an eyebrow

"Your not even going to the aquarium and yet you sound like you are"

Emi giggled and nudged Shota playfully

"Oh come on Shota, lighten up! This is a perfect opportunity for Eri to have alot of fun with her friends together!"

Eri blinked a few times, she turned to her Anya and Miri who we're smiling patiently at her, they we're giving her time to make up her mind. She looked back at Shota and Emi and gave a shy smile.

"O-Ok! I wanna go with them! I wanna have fun with my friends!"

Emi squealed and gave Eri a high five "That's my girl! You've got this!"

Shota crossed his arms and gave a thoughtful smile, he was proud Eri was being brave, he watched as Eri ran up to Anya and Miri and they all had a little group hug.

Taniel then nodded "Alright, we'll see you soon parents. Enjoy your hangout together." She turned to go inside waiting for Anya, Miri and Eri

The 3 little girls ran up to the opening door, Miri waved goodbye to Kazuki and Rei "Bye bye papas!"

Kazuki's heart swelled and he tried to reach to his beloved daughter "Miriii....! Let Papa Kazuki come with youuu—!" Rei was holding him back as he had a deadpanned expression "Come on you idiot, we're going now"

Emi laughed at the sight and patted Kazuki's back as all the parents walked away, Emi's voice can still be heard as they walked away "Come on Kazuki! Us parents are gonna have fun too! We're gonna go eat at a really fancy restaurant!"

Taniel and the girls stepped inside the aquarium, Anya was in awe "Super big aquarium! Waku waku!" She then turned to Taniel with an excited smile

"Miss Taniel, is there gonna be any mermaids here?! Anya saw it on TV with her friends!"

That question made Taniel stiff a little before she quickly hid it with her usual neutral expression and cleared her throat "Uhh, sure... You could say that..."

Taniel watched as Anya, Miri and Eri have their little conversation before she looked away, she sighed and whispered to herself "I just hope they don't freak out about... Him..."

Would mer Coby get along with dark au keiki then since he’d be less touchy than Gorm? 👀

Less touchy? Nah nah he'd be worse. If dark!au Keiki got his hands on mer!Coby he'd be flipping and prodding him like a toddler who just discovered worms exist. :,)

It wouldn't be with any malicious intent, he'd try to be gentle. But he's not interacted with anyone so he don't know how to do it properly. All vocalizations would be too loud and angry sounding. Even if he's only excited.

But I don't think Coby would let him get his hands on him in the first place. He'd join Gorm in that out of reach spot. Not sure he'd ever give the large mer a chance to prove him wrong, or right, about his assumptions either. He'd be pretty overwhelmed by him. xD;;

Based on your answer for gorm meeting dark au keiki it seems like mer au Coby may get along with him?

I think they would yes, since Gorm and Archer are similar in personality. But it'd be a little shakey at first. xD

Coby's always struggled with physical touch/affection since he's shy and self-conscious, despite longing for it. In contrast, Gorm's VERY touchy as a person and being. Touch is how he bonds and explore/sense/experience the world around him. Plus he's quite uninhibited. xD

That initially may be way too handsy for Coby. The octomer does not keep his arms to himself unless given a reason to do so. Not to mention how endlessly curious/interested Gorm would be at all the fog appearing and the other weather phenomenons Coby causes. That ringing in his ears he could go without tho. ;p

But I do think it'd be good for Coby as he could get physical interaction outside of the dreamscape with Archer. (Archer tries in person too but Coby's a worrywart.) Without being scared of hurting the other person. He just needs a little time to get used to it. :3

What if Gorm meets dark au Keiki???

Keiki would think Gorm's like him (an anomaly a monster). So he'd come at him way too intensely/desperately.

And Gorm, while he is very curious, wouldn't be able to tell if the other mer is angry or just a little too excited. And given the size difference he'd rather play it safe at first. He'd be quick to get to a location Keiki can't reach (land pff) to give himself some time to get a grasp on the situation.

Keiki meanwhile is growling in frustrated eagerness because he don't know how to express himself. Clawing the ground in an attempt to get Gorm.

Which wouldn't improve his first impression.

But I think they'd get along, Keiki's just gotta calm down. xD;;

What if someone used one of Gorm’s tentacles as a weighted blanket? Give him a nice hug while being comfy

Ah it wouldn't last since his arms aren't still for very long. They're always investigating and prodding things in search of something interesting. The person would have to inform Gorm of their plans first so he can assign an arm the task of staying put.

And then they might get stuck.

Ooo was there a specific reason why Snuffy left before his magic fully developed? And could Hilda help him navigate his magic or connect him with dragons for help?

He had 4 reasons.

His siblings. xD

While Hilda herself wouldn't be able to help with the magic part, she could definitely introduce him to other dragons. Or an expert in the field. She's got many connections! :3

So I'm currently working on the fanfic rn, but I kinda need some info and names about your human ocs 😅 I only know Taniel but I don't know much about your human ocs so I need them for the fanfic 🫡

i'm only good at knowing your mer ocs but not much of your human ocs sorry about that (⁠๑⁠•⁠﹏⁠•⁠)

The only noteworthy ones are Cetus' caretakers really. And even then I haven't spent much time developing their backstories etc. Yet. Nor have I any proper art for Nikos and Jonna. Well, there's this:

Kinda their silhouettes and faces.

The information I can offer so far:

Jonna: She/her, 5'2, 27 years old. Bubbly and positive personality. She meditates and practises yoga. Lover of all things bright and sparkly. Used to compete in paintball internationally, now she only plays for fun. You want her on your team.

Nikos: He/him, 5'9, 43 years old. He spends a lot of his free time exercising and is very interested in fitness. He's very much a mom friend. He'll wake up early to make everyone coffee despite not drinking it himself. Sings in the shower.

Taniel: She/her, 5'5, 34 years old. She's very calm and observant, nothing hardly fazes her (except public speaking). Has always been interested in merfolk and the sea. An avid reader. Yes she'll happily read fanfiction.

Are there different types of dragons than Snuffy? Also do you have a backstory for how he came to where Hilda lives and befriended her?

Bonus q: when did he first tasted pie?

Nah it's just one type! They just have a large variety of features! Some will have scales and hair, others will have feathers and some only scales. It's most common to be fully scaled, the "classic" dragon. :)

There's not much a story honestly! Snuffy just wanted to see the country they live in (most dragons live on Titanik but not Snuffy's family). He left before his magic had fully matured meaning he could only be full dragon or a very large humanoid when he first met Hilda. But it worked out because Hilda's a retired explorer and friends with many dragons! ;)

First time was actually Hilda's pies. After that, no other pie will ever measure up ((he'll be polite about it and eat other pies, it's just not Hilda's pff)).

How would dark au Keiki react to the human on him (somehow he noticed)?

Also would he ever let someone hitch a ride from him (or be a companion)?

Oh no... he'd be scared there's more of them that he can't see. Landfolk never hunt alone after all and he's never had a positive experience when they were on him. And he wouldn't really hear if the human sings, in a futile attempt to keep him calm.

So he'd hiss, thrash and try to get away from them (yep a literal mountain terrified of a grain of sand). So the human would get yeeted somewhere Team Rocket style. :,)

Well... Dark!au Keiki still wants companionship, he's very lonely. But they'd need to earn his trust first, make him feel safe.

If/when he does warm up, he'll give them all the rides. Even unneeded ones simply because he wants them close. At his core, he's still the affectionate Keiki, but layered with fear and trauma. Plus there's the issue of sheer size difference and language barrier. He'd be able to learn language and to size shift. But again, there's gotta be a solid relationship first.

What if the human friends of Gorm take pictures of their faces (Since Gorm can’t make out faces if such small things) and put on a big screen so he can actually see what they look like?
