Definitely decades of exposure to the elements in an old abandoned property. The inside is not bad though at all.

Haven’t touched this in years.

I found some old 90s Animerica magazines at an old family property that was being sold off that had been abandoned for decades they were exposed to the elements from weather damage to the home there but still have some stuff worth scanning in them (such as a magazine specific Ranma 1/2 board game will scan the instructions and pieces to print out will likely link to high res pdfs for that part specifically).  Not sure if anyone that follows this is even still active but will post regardless for prosperity.
