Like I spent once again 250 on commissions for him aaaaaah... I didn't really plan that, okAY? One of my fav artists opened slots for a style I reeeally want, so I sent a request. His dark eyes are sharpened with the gift of his wits, even while they are directed on the stones beneath him. A crooked half-smile forms on his lips. "Sufficiency is a concept only meant to placate those without greater ambition," Gortash answers, his previously bowed head beginning to tip upwards, gazing upon the figure of his god while his golden fingers unfurl. "And complacency is neither yours or mine to entertain, my Lord. You are well aware that these offerings are not the only things I do in your name."

Fingers twitch, and the air crackles with power, sharp as a whip, but Bane's lips curl into a slight smile, eyes narrowing with a near-gentle expression—if one could ever believe him capable of such tenderness.
