There are two adaptations of Phantom of the Opera for kids that isn't the infamous direct-to-video made in a two dollar budget cartoon from the late 80s:
Wishbone: Pantin at the Opera
The dog Wishbone imagines himself as Raul de Chagny in the classic Leroux story while his friends investigate a mystery in the library ...
The Triplets and the Phantom of the Opera
In this catalan cartoon (episodes recently dubbed into english), the titular Triplets help Raul manifest his love for Christine, while the Bored Witch who sent them to Turn of the Century Paris tries to be a famous opera adopting the false name of The Great Carlota and casting a spell on the managers.
This is series episodd was what introduced me to Phantom of the Opera as a child.
I'm aware of both of these, but I'm particularly fond of the Wishbone episode as it contains the most absolutely on point conversation between the Phantom and Raoul:
"I warn you: come no closer!" "Oh, yeah? And just what are you going to do about it, Phantom?" *presses a key, cage comes up out of the ground and traps Raoul* "Okay, good, that's good...now, can we try that again, from the part where you say, 'don't come any closer'?"

One more joke hate: You may claim to be a woman but biologically you are a featherless biped and thus a man.
Finally a good argument for why I'm actually a man

Did you knew that Kristin Chenoweth played Christine in a 1994 production of the Yeston & Kopit Phantom of the Opera musical?
I did! Unfortunately the only recording I know of is kind of hard to watch, due to obstructions in the theater-in-the-round format.
Still think Cheno needs to do Carlotta (either ALW or K/Y) one of these days.

Where did that "It stinks" clip come from?
You mean this one?
So this is from the Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode "Pod People." The movie itself is a really bad alien horror reworked as an even worse E.T. ripoff, but the relevant scene is the introduction of some of the characters, a jerkass pop star and his backup singers. Both the scene and the skit they performed based on it can be seen here:

Worth noting that the film was shot in Spain, and the "OK" sign was meant to be interpreted as...well, "it stinks." But it came off as a weird non-sequitur to American audiences, and thus entered memetic history.

Hi, I love your art! Among the many things to ponder over in Star Wars, do you ever get sad thinking about all the crimes adventures that Padmé and R2 got up to while she was a senator pre aotc?
LOL omg yes, though maybe not all of artoo's crime/adventure ideas were to Padmé's liking...
