The Broadway ones are usually made using actual stage fabrics, either offcuts or old, discarded costumes. The latter was apparently the case with this year’s Rooftop one. Note too that Stardust Dolls has made basically every Christine costume (stage, movie) out there. I just couldn’t include them all!

The love of my life: the red Elissa skirt

This was a replica I made back in 2003 or thereabout. It’s still probably my favourite of the Phantom costumes I’ve made. I pondered on using it for a costume ball I’m attending tonight, but the bodice is simply too small. I do however love this ensemble!
