    mutants from all over the world come here to feel safe from the outside world. they see it as a haven in hiding, a place they can enhance and control their powers - use them for the greater good. here, you are not a freak, you are a mutant, a student, a friend - you are normal.         at xavier’s school for gifted youngsters, lead by fellow mutant storm, you will undergo training that isn’t for the weak hearted. you professors will teach you how to control, enhance and use your powers for good. however, you will also learn subjects such as science, maths, english. it is believed that these will help students, and you, feel more welcomed into society and help those of uncertainty, stay o the right path.        we are about unity, working as a team. on the other hand, we understand that you are still very young. friendships will be made and lost, relationships will blossom and fall apart and wrath in the school will thrive - you will try to out beat each other, be the best of the best. this, however not encouraged, is accepted to a degree. however, such destructive behaviour will not be tolerated in the outside world, among the mortals of society. you work as a team or not at all.        with that being said, you will be chosen to go out on missions or quests, chosen by your professors and storm herself. remember that whenever you leave the academy, you will be doing everything it takes to survive - there are mutants that do not agree with our way of life. so stay safe out there and remember what we’ve taught you.

     today class, we are going to talk about SIREN SONG. this is the power to emit irresistible sound that lures anyone who hears it towards the user and is a sub-power of Sound Manipulation and a variation of Beacon Emission and Hypnotic Music. siren song also goes by Hypnotic Call/Melody/Pitch/Song, Lure Call/Melody/Pitch/Song or Siren Call/Melody/Pitch. the user is capable of emitting astonishingly beautiful and enchanting singing voice that is capable of summoning/luring anyone who hears it to come towards the singer.

LIMITATIONS -

Target must hear the music to be affected.

Psionic Shield, Indomitable Will and Sound Absorption may nullify this ability.

Does not work on Sound Immunity or Nullification users.

May require specific songs.

Effects can be reversed by the right kind of opposite ultra volume.

May only work on opposite gender.

Deafness Inducement renders the target immune to the power.

May be counteracted by a reversed version of said songs.

       today class, we are going to talk about MIND CONTROL. this is the power to control the minds of others and is a sub-power of Mental Manipulation. mind control also goes by: Brainwashing, Compulsion, Concilium. Consciousness Manipulation, Manipulative Hypnosis, or Mental Domination. user can control the minds of others with targets being completely subject to their mental control. if the victims were placed into a semi-conscious state, they may not have any recollection of the previous actions that they performed while under its effect.

LIMITATIONS -

May be limited to a certain range to work, including touch only.

May be limited to certain number of targets at a time.

May be weakened/ineffective against a target which doesn't have a mind or has low intelligence.

May not be able to make a person do something against their nature.

May wear off over time if not reinforced.

Cannot erase implanted information, but can suppress or nullify them by implanting other information.

Users of Higher Consciousness and Mass Consciousness may be uncontrollable.

Users of Control Immunity are immune.

Users of Psychic Shield or Indomitable Will are either immune or highly resistant.

       today class, we are going to talk about X-RAY VISION. this is the power to see through solid objects or people and is a variation of Enhanced Vision. this ability can also be called Penetration Vision or Transparent Vision. the user’s eyes emit a ray frequency that produces a transparency effect (i.e. x-ray) to visually penetrate solid objects or see within objects. can be used for medical purposes such as the detection of cancers, tumors, blackened lungs, etc. the skill of perceiving a specific location (i.e. artery) is given by partial reflection of the ray from each specific surface surveyed. the direction of incoming light allows for a positioned focus on the depth of a viewing surface.

APPLICATIONS -

See through solid objects.

See through organic matter, allowing them to survey a person who could be injured or sick.

Trace nerves and bodily function activities.

Allows to pinpoint physical weaknesses.

LIMITATIONS -

Looking through more than one wall may be impossible or confusing.

There may be objects/material that cannot be observed by X-Ray Vision.

May not be able to see through certain substances.

Use of actual x-rays may be harmful to living things over time.

            students may have free periods. we recommend that you use these time to study or take part in extra circular activities such as the number of societies run within the academy. if you can think of it, it probably exists. and if societies aren’t your forte, you can always ask to go and train in the danger room. HOWEVER, we recommend that students do not go back to bed but we can not stop this if they wish to - our students have their own right to do whatever they wish to do and we will not intervene unless it is harmful to themselves, their education or those around them.

      today class, we are going to talk about SONIC SCREAM. this is the power to emit highly enhanced scream of a high amplitude, it is a sub-power of Sound Attacks and a variation of Sound Wave Generation. sonic scream can also be referred to as: Canary Cry, Ghostly Wail, Hypersonic Scream, Soundwave  Scream, Super Scream, Supersonic Scream and Ultrasonic Scream. user can emit/generate extremely powerful scream of a high amplitude for a variety of purposes.

LIMITATIONS -

Sound Absorption renders direct use useless.

May not work against Sound Immunity or Sound Nullification.

May not have hearing or vocal protection, making use of this ability painful.

Flow of sound waves often natural often causing accidental destruction to nearby objects.

May cause unintentional harm to distant targets, including beings with sensitive/enhanced/superhuman hearing.

Sound/sonic waves can be reflected off certain objects, like mirrors.

Rendered utterly useless when the user is gagged by any means.

             today class, we are going to talk about UNDEAD PHYSIOLOGY. this is the ability to use the abilities of a corporeal Undead, and is a variation of Mythic Physiology. if the user loses their physical body, they gain Ghost Physiology. undead physiology also goes by the names: Cadaverism, Cadaver Form/Mimicry/Physiology, Corpse Form/Mimicry/Physiology, Undeath and Undead Form/Mimicry. user with this ability either is or can transform into an undead, corporeal beings in mythology, legend or fiction that are deceased yet behave as if alive. a common example is a corpse re-animated by supernatural forces, by the application of the deceased's own life force or that of another being (such as a demon). users with this power lack physical weaknesses, such as pain, need to rest, vulnerability to environmental effects, etc, while some still need to consume various substances (blood, flesh, life-force). being clinically dead, their brains and bodies are immune to most powers that affect living beings. users with this ability may also be able to control the dead, or at least, the dead’s aurora. this means that the user may be able to raise beings from the dead for a short amount of time and use them as an army.

LIMITATIONS -

May be difficult, or impossible to revert back to a normal form.

May need to consume living flesh, blood, life energy, etc. in order to survive.

Motor skills may be impaired.

May be unable to heal injuries.

Automatically frowned upon by most of society.

Not feeling pain may not always be beneficial.

Certain undead may have a natural vulnerability to certain substances, forces, or items which they are powerless to defend against (I.E.-sunlight, silver, fire, salt, jade).

Damage to the brain can result in an instant kill, even in this form.

Dark Arts, Necromancy and other forms of Magic may be used to control the user.

User may lose limbs or not have limbs.

In some mythologies, salt can be used to force transformation from this state.

User may hurt those around them without meaning to

User may not have cause for empathy or basic human emotions.

          the CIA mutant office    or the remake of Divison-X, is a government covert elite team, trained and allied with mutants to help crisis's all over the world. they recruit mutants which storm and her team of professors deem are the most valuable to the operation and in return, Division-X promises to return them home in one piece and ALIVE. students can volunteer for these missions but must prove themselves - we refuse to send students who can barely control their power on life threatening missions.

               today class, we will be talking about AMALGAMATION. this is the power to form a mixture between existing creations and a variation of Life Creation. this ability also goes by the name of; Coalescence,  Combining, Fusion, Merge Effect, Merging, Mixture and Unitation. user can merge two or more separate objects into one, regardless of whether the objects are organic, inorganic, living, dead, technological, etc. They can decide which parts of the objects are dominant in the union, what are deleted and which merge.

APPLICATIONS -

Fuse inorganic materials and create new substances with all the strengths and none of the weaknesses of their precedents.

                      the scruffy gentleman,       is a tavern just down the road from the academy. it is a tavern that specifically caters and serves mutants and mortals alike. even though in america, the tavern has its own license to serve alcohol to eighteen year old mutants but twenty-one year old mortals. students must have their ID’s on them at all times. the tavern owners themselves are mutants, ex-students and thus, know who and who does not attend the school. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVE THAT YOU ARE A MUTANT but the tavern allows you to use your abilities within reason.

                          social media             is a big impact of a teenagers life. here at xavier’s school for gifted youngsters, we understand this and allow our students to have their very own social media to post whatever they wish to it. we do not see why our students need to hide who they are from the mortal world when all they want to do is fit in. HOWEVER, it is their responsibility of what they post.

              any student caught bullying others online will get their phone taken away from them and any internet access for a duration of time that we see fit.

              any student seen posting inappropriate things will get their phone taken away from them and any internet access for a duration of time that we see fit.

            any student caught sharing classified information online will have their accounts deleted, phone and internet access taken away and could result in expulsion.

        today class, we are going to talk about MAGNETISM MANIPULATION. this is the ability to manipulate magnetic fields, a sub-power of Electromagnetism Manipulation. this power also goes by the names: Magnet Release/Jiton, Magnetic Energy Manipulation, Magnetic Field Manipulation, Magnetic Manipulation, Magnekinesis, Magnetokinesis, and Molydbkinesis.  users can generate, control and manipulate magnetism in all its forms, both natural (planetary, solar, lunar, stellar, magnetosphere, magnetic materials/ferromagnetism, etc.), organic (generated by the electric currents of living beings) or artificial (everything creating/using electricity). user can affect any matter that is magnetic (iron, nickel, cobalt and their alloys, some rare earth metals, naturally-occurring minerals such as lodestone) manipulating and controlling them as they will and indirectly use them to manipulate other things. note that this power isn't Metal Manipulation, it is the ability to control magnetism, but using this capability a Magnetism Manipulator can control certain metals. however, it is not as powerful as Electromagnetism Manipulation.

LIMITATIONS -

May be limited controlling existing/local magnetic fields.

Magnetism in objects is destroyed at high temperatures.

Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power's natural limits.

                  the training room,       otherwise known as the danger room, is located on the very bottom floor of the school and is only allowed authorized access from professors and prefects. however, it is not unheard of students training down there without permission. students will not be punished if caught training without permission but it is frowned upon  - especially if you can not control your ability to a degree. you could be putting your fellow students in danger.

            hand to hand combat is also practiced in the danger room, as well as using your ability in combat. lessons on combat are taught here and observed here and an ‘exam’ is held every few months to see what you have learned and if you have a degree of control to your power.

                 you NEVER use your power against another student in a malicious way. if caught doing so, you could face punishment and depending on how severe, expulsion. we understand that no everyone is going to get along, and we allow a level of ‘blowing off steam’ but we will not tolerate all out war between our students - NOT WHEN THE MORTALS ARE DOING THAT FOR US. if you see it, REPORT IT.
